This location locked it's doors at 11:20 pm when they are supposed to be opened until 12 am, other locations have not done this, only had bad experience at N Buffalo location. Poor business practice, will not go back.

Incredibly AWFUL experience. Grace was such a rude server. Starting off with an aggressive approach, no welcome or introduction. I was with family from another country who speaks almost no English and in the middle of me explaining something to them she ridley interrupted. Will 110% never return.

Everything's horrible! From the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant to the customer service and food, one star. I ordered two different salads and got two of the same. The bread sticks were so hard and disgusting that I couldn't eat them. I ordered two sides of broccoli and it was too small even for a kid. Not silverware even that I asked for it. The food was not fresh at all, it came out late and the fries were cold and hard! What a big money grab!

The Food Was Delicious

We were waiting to be seated, though told about 20 minute wait. We waited for approximately 30 mins, though bar had seating and there was other open seating, we (a party of two) they wouldn’t seat any of us;(5 ppl waiting). There was a number of high chairs (about 5) that made it cramped. One of those waiting with us was a disabled veteran with a service dog. The gentleman became impatient with these chairs (high) in the way, they couldn’t been moved. He was about to move them when one of the hostesses insisted in a condescending way he shouldn’t. My wife sensing this might’ve gotten out of hand, immediately moved the high chairs closer (uncomfortably) on us and calmed the gentleman. Seeing that there was little, no consideration in trying to seat any of us nor offer a compensation we chose to leave. Deeply disappointed.
On March 1st, 2024 from 9 to 930pm there was an employee sitting at the high top in the bar area by the exit sign with his jeans falling down and his underwear showing. He was wearing a hat and pink sweatshirt and talking to the female bartender most of the time and kept going outside with her.

Discussed with the waitress about the size and cost of 6 oz and 8 oz and decided on 6 was brought the 6 and when we received the check was charged for the 8. When showing the waitress she seemed upset and changed the bill with her manager visible

We came in at 8 pm it was not busy it was a decent amount of customers our server said she’d be back ( this is at 8:08) we did not receive a SINGLE glass of water until our next server Liz came which was at 8:40. Before Liz got there the server that was supposedly forever on her way back was talking to the other waitresses and dealing with the only other table in her section besides my party. In the mist of sitting and waiting all that time an old student of mine happened to work there and went to the back and got us a drink… the waitresses that were not paying us any attention in the half way empty restaurant threatened to tell a manger on him. Very very petty behavior, after waiting all that time that we did and didn’t cause a scene they need to say thank you because we wanted to leave but we had kids and talking to him and him getting us drinks made us stay and give Liz a chance because the first girl completely disappeared.

Waited a long while for the waitress but was pleasant and efficient otherwise.Food was greasy as hell. It's almost as if the cook dipped his Hans in oil while preparing and assembly.Picky but worth the mention, clean the dusty chandeliers.
