They offer vegetarian as well as meat options, desserts, breakfast etc. They change up their offerings every month so you wont get bored of eating the same foods. Good so far! This is my first time ordering from Balanced Body Foods. The food is delicious and I like that it lists the nutrition very clearly on the front of the labels. I wish there was a better description of portion sizes (regular, large, x-large). I didn't really know what to order so I just ordered a bunch of sizes. Having some type of guide would've helped.
