Easily the best boba we’ve had in buffalo. You can trust this review because we currently live in DC, a boba hot spot on par with Boston and NYC. Most people in buffalo have no idea what real good boba is supposed to taste like (TBH lol).We got the matcha and taro boba, and avocado smoothie. Matcha is good, and taro is best one in the area. The boba is a good consistency. It is medium soft on the softness scale, which is perfectly fine. Less experienced boba drinkers assume boba has to be extra soft and gooey, but it is actually a store and drinker preference. Tapioca boba can be super gooey OR more stiff jelly like, with a clear line between jelly like and stale, and this shop leans towards gooey but only slightly so that it is a medium soft and still chewy; right in the safe zone as most people prefer this. The smoothie was authentic as it gets for viet style… extremely nostalgic for me when I had it lots as a kid.Pro tip: adjust the sugar as needed. 50-70% sugar is the norm in the boba scene but most Americans and boba beginners may want 70-100% sweetness. We got 50%. Pay to enjoy the texture and flavor, not the sugar! Having good taste even at 50% sugar further demonstrates the strong boba fundamentals that this place has. No hiding behind sugar!Update: Went there a second time and the quality is consistent with our first time!

Their service is way to bad. We have been waiting in front of them but they didn't take order. They were gossiping with each other in front of customers.

I can't help it. I had to stop at Boba Stop for a Bubble tea. I really enjoy these drinks. Studies have shown they are addicting. So, I enjoy in moderation. I don't think the ingredients are addictive. I think it is the satisfaction received when chewing in the pearls.

This is the best boba place in buffalo!! the staff are friendly and helpful, the boba and food is delicious, and the store is so cute and welcoming.

0 star, the service is always nice but this is my second time getting food poisoning form this place. The time I give y'all the benefit of doubt. But this time I had to attend the er which was not cheap cost me more then the boba it self.

I ordered a rose tea, no boba, hot, and they served it cold. He wouldn’t remake it without charging me . So I ordered a five dollar tea, I didn’t even have Boba put into it, and he couldn’t remake that. Total waste of money as I don’t drink cold milk tea, does anyone without boba??? It’s literally probably a cost of $.50 for him to remake it. What a shame that he loses a customer over $.50 Poor customer service, doesn’t take care of customers. Won’t be back. There is a new bubble tea place in the food court at the mall, Waffles and Crepes, very nice and polite, not a long line and not a long wait. I’ll be coming here from now on instead of Boba stop.

This might be one of my favorite Boba tea places in Buffalo. We take our son to the mall a lot to walk around and people watch. Plus there's actually some good stores in the Galleria now that we love to go to.But the big reason is to grab a boba tea. It's always so good here and the service is super fast. I'm more of a fruit tea person so I usually opt for the pineapple fruit tea here with tapioca. The tapioca here are great and they give a bunch too. It's a great little spot in the mall with good food and great tea. What else could you need?!

Stopped by to pick up some boba tea and had a good experience albeit the food was not that good !We picked up a Taro and a Dirty Milk Bubble Tea , both were great and the small size was filling for us ! The taro taste shined through and it was the best one yet in Buffalo for me !We also took the Summer Roll with 5 spice chicken but we felt it wasn’t good .

Great bubble tea shop in the mall! They have many different varieties available. I got the mango milk tea which was delicious. The tapioca tasted a little dry and the drink was a little water downed but it was still nice. It was busy when we went so there is a bit of a wait but the staff are quick with preparing the drinks.

Nice little mall shop for boba style drinks and Vietnamese snacks. Haven’t had anything bad here and they have plenty of staff to move the line quickly. Only downside is there’s no real seating other than a couple benches the mall provides.
