if I were rating on just the service and food, the rating would have been 5 stars. The problem is, we asked a question so our server asked the manger, Andrew Shemay, to come to our table. He arrived at our table already having a serious attitude. He preceded to ask, with a very matter of fact attitude, what we needed. I won't bore you with a long drawn out story, but bottom line he was extremely rude and basically walked away! The Chophouse has always been our families choice for Anniversaries, Birthdays, and other special occasions, but thanks to Andrew I have no desire to return. The sad thing is my son and daughter-in-law have a $100 gift card they bought to use for their anniversary and now have no desire to return to the restaurant !

Listen this was an amazing experience! From service, the caesar salad, mac & cheese, fries, and the steak it was phenomenal! I also ordered a lemon drop martini (not pictured) it was so good until I ordered another one. Will go back again.

Great food, Great Service! One of the best Steaks I've ever had! I recommend Adding Dry Aged Angus to the menu and Wagu! I'm a Texas man and like my steaks! Dry Aged Angus Porterhouse would seal the deal! ???Parking: Free valet parking. Tip the valet guys! ??
Food was absolutely amazing! Everything was delicious ? our chairs we super comfortable (we had the big red ones upstairs) all the waiters we perfectly trained! We will definitely be coming back for another date night.

Start to finish a great dinigg no experience. The Mac and cheese is a meal that n and of itself. So tasty. Steaks were perfect and service was beyond friendly - was there with my son (11) and they really made him feel special.
We ate on the2nd floor. It was a little cool and the ambience is much cozier on the 1st floor. The wait staff was very good. We had Troy and was on point. Portions are oversized. They are easily shareable for 2 people. Everything was cooked perfectly and delicious.

Met a client for dinner, as expected with any Chophouse all our dinners were excellent. What sets a place apart is the service. From the valet, bartender and Megan our who was our server. After reading her reviews on line, I was glad to see she ended up being our server. She anticipated our needs and informed us on any menu changes. As a flat-lander from Nebraska, we know our steaks, and all of the ones here passed the eye and taste test. The Buffalo Chophouse won't disappoint and pricing is more than reasonable.
