Always a line, always short-staffed. Associates are accurate and well-groomed, but not conscientious. Heard staff making fun of previous customer. Also witnessed staff touching customer’s dog, then continuing to take care of other customers without washing their hands first. This is a busy location with truckers, pedestrians, and commuters, but the lot is under lit and the wait times are too long.

The staff were opening late 1 morning and were rude and dismissive. Asked me to move from the drive thru speaker for no apparent reason, thus forfeiting my spot in line. Never tried BK breakfast before, and something tells me I'm not missing much.

Store didn't want to give me my fry I got with the all as a offer/promotion.. Staff wanted to argue that I didn't apply it to the order pick up probably even though in the app it showed that I claimed it through that order. Staff was wasting time for a large fry trying to argue with me that I didn't do it even though I showed them my online order receipt And that was the MAIN REASON I did order pickup was because of the promotion. Unprofessional and unproductive. Everytime I come here the employees are always just saying inappropriate things and messing up my order, not putting in the offers correct or letting me use my crown points. Bathrooms are always filthy and don't have toilet paper or soap. Sometimes it takes 20 minutes to make you an ice coffee that's all ice when nobody else is in store.Oh and drive thru is always rushing your order and hanging you wrong items. Don't drive away until you check.Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors make it hard to access for wheelchair bound customers
