Placed an order online a couple weeks ago, paid, I show up and the door is open and unlocked but the place is completely closed, not a human being in sight, all the equipment off etc. I've called, emailed, messaged on Instagram and Facebook to no avail and now I have to file a chargeback. This is super unfortunate, tryna scam people out of their money is crazy.

Online service sucks! Apparently they’ve been closed at this location for 2 weeks but still is accepting orders & stealing people’s money. All you can do is send them an email & call your bank and inform them of the fraud. Stay away from this place.

I've ordered Cantina 62 on DoorDash probably 5 times at lease and every time I am so happy with my order. I apologize for the eaten food, but I couldn't wait to dig in. I can't say for sure how it is inside the restaurant, but the food quality and quickness is incredible. I love this place!

I was very disappointed in this place food was awful taco was cold and just slopped together not very clean the bathroom let me say this I wouldn't send my worse enemy in there looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a month. Music was blaring never going there again rating 0 stars

Food is good, but my order was incorrect and I overpaid for some items. I've been trying to call and FB message business for days to get a partial refund for the items I didn't receive and nobody has responded. I like the food, but it's not worth this hassle.

I orders churros, these are not churros, and unfortunately not cooked all the way through. Also ordered the nachoritto, use to be good but now everything seems to be bland and nachos came burnt.

This is the worst restaurant in the city. They have gotten EVERY order wrong that I’ve made in over a year. I keep trying here and there bc their food used to be amazing. But EVERY order is wrong, and I’m sick of paying $30 per meal for the wrong food. Everything I’ve ordered has had missing ingredients and has sometimes not been cooked all the way, or has just been plain gross to the point that I wonder how unclean and haphazard their kitchen is. I just ordered a nachorrito and despite asking for all the toppings, it was just beans and rice inside inside a tortilla. I also ordered a side of chips and vegan queso and the queso was just orange water (see photo). It was repulsive, I would never feed something like that to someone. I once ordered a bunch of loaded tacos for a family get together and they sent tortillas with handfuls of lettuce and onions thrown in a box. I rarely if ever post reviews but this has my blood boiling. I will never order from this place again. How are they still in business?

The best thing about Cantina is that they have so many amazing vegan options! You can make almost anything on their menu vegan from chips and queso to burritos. They have amazing vegan crispy "chicken" and Mac and cheese. The issue is their hours are inconsistent and they don't announce it. For example, one Saturday night we specifically checked online for the hours and checked Facebook and everything and nothing about closing so we walked there starving and found out they were randomly closed without warning. Similar situation today. Put in a whole order online and then when I go to submit it tells me they aren't accepting orders (it should have told me that before putting it in). Again, called and checked online, nothing about being closed today (a Friday during their normal hours). To be honest I will continue to order from here because the vegan options are that good BUT it is so frustrating that they don't announce when they will be randomly closed!

Ordered steak tacos online, the steak was completely different from what I’ve ordered in person. The quality of the food you get when you order at the restaurant is completely different than when you order online. I was so disappointed with the steak, it was cold, bland and had no salt or seasoning.

South Buffalo needs a good taco place, and sadly this is the only option they have. It went down hill enough for me to write my first restaurant review.When going inside, self ordering on a touch screen with bad software is how you start (an employee used to help but now they stay in the kitchen). It’ll will take you 2-5 minutes to order unless you want one thing and know exactly what it is. Heaven forbid they have a paid employee assist with that process. The food is good but very overpriced (I.e. 4-6$ for a single taco, $15+ for a burrito)Ordering online can be an adventure. You’ll never speak to someone on the phone when you call or if something goes wrong - just a chatbot that will bring you to a voicemail.Their hours listed online have been wrong. Recently ordered online, their service said to pick up the food in 15-20 and when I arrived they were closed! They still charged my card (thankfully that was resolved with a refund 2 days later).Unless they tell an employee to help take orders again, actually connect the restaurant phone to people working at the restaurant, (and ideally lower their prices), I’m permanently out on this place. They don’t deserve business with their current service model or prices.

I really want to love this place. There food CAN be good, BUT they never make it as ordered. Almost every time I get food here there are missing items. One time they left the meat off my item. Because their phone goes to a voicemail that they never respond to, I drove back. Rather than make my food properly they gave me a container with meat to I guess reassemble the food I paid them to make for me. I gave them another shot this evening because, like I said, their food can be really good. You can see on the image of the receipt what I ordered. It was missing the queso (extra charge), sour cream, and sauteed peppers. I'm done with them. Never going back.EDIT - After writing this then reading some other reviews, it seems like this is common problem with this place. Even worse are the owner's responses to complaints in the reviews. Fix your restaurant and treat your customers with respect.
