As seen on Food Network's Restaurant Impossible, this place blew me away. The restaurant looks great on the inside. The service and food were phenomenal. The chicken parm is one of the best ones I've ever had. Food presentation was perfect, and everything was delicious. I can't wait to go back. Currently there is no alcohol, but would be nice if they implemented a BYOB policy.

Great food at an even better price! We ordered spaghetti and meatballs and the ricotta fritters. We will certainly be back again!

When we arrived there was one other dining party and we overheard the one gentleman describe it as "moderately adequate" and that's generous. We arrived at 5:30 and didn't leave until 7:15 and that's because we were rushing them at the end. The server was friendly, but it took SO LONG to get any of the courses (and we weren't given one of the ones we were supposed to get with the groupon). At the most there were four tables and they didn't seem prepared. The food was fine, but bland, aside from the garlic bread which was very good. The restaurant was very cold, so I'd bring a sweater.Edit as I can't reply to the owner's response: I think they have me confused with someone else, as I never asked to turn up the heat and there was only my wife and I dining, neither of us were impressed by the food.

This is a great place to go to as their 5 course Groupon will not disappoint. From the pesto and bread to the peanut butter pie it's asthecially pleasing and delicious too!

Everything was fabulous! The portions were enormous, and service was amazing. The homemade dressings for the salads were also delicious. All the entrees my family and I had were top tier, and when I say top tier I mean the best I have ever had. and there were absolutely no complaints. They even had sorbet palette cleansers in between courses, which may I add were delectable. This place is family owned operated and a must try if you are in the Buffalo area!!

When I walked in @ 6:00pm I was the only customer. And remained the only customer for almost 2 hours. This was on a Thursday night. And I was asked to leave if I wasn’t comfortable about it. The salad & garlic bread were great & the Raspberry sorbet was good too. But the speggitti & meat sauce was Lacking a good amount of tomato paste and sauceyness. The coloration was orange and the flavor was a bit bland.

Tried to order at 5 pm and the restaurant closes at 9. drove all the way there just to see that the restaurant was closed with no prior notice and I was still allowed to order. Unprofessional Al will never eat at this place again!

The place is nice, neighborhood were is located you need to lock the door and hope your car is there after dinner. Food is good, service on par. But what really set a negative for me was the automatic 20% tip they apply at the end of your meal. Tipping is a privilege not a salary. So it should be up to the customer and the service they receive. I wont be going back and cant recommend due to the value of the price in food is negated by their over tipping themselves on your behalf. They draw people in with groupon sale $75 for $119 worth of food, i did the math its actually $100. So after taxes your in for 80+. Then at the end they give you a $25 automatic gratuity fee which puts you at $100+ range for meal. So you get tricked into a fake deal. The kicker the $25 gratuity fee is on the $119 they say food is worth not the $80 you paid, love that. Somebody else putting their hands in my pocket does not sit right with me. So unless they get this recently added problem removed, i can't recommend. Sorry for book written but want you to be well informed before you buy.

Casa di Francesca is making a comeback. My family of four enjoyed our dinner at this restaurant. The presentation of their food is top notch. Fresh, warm garlic bread with dipping sauce was a great way to start our meal. The server was extremely friendly.

We went with a Groupon, and had a fabulous time. Our server was awesome, and the food was truly great. I've been to far more expensive Italian places that were half as good. I'll definitely be going back.

This by far was the worst take out food I’ve ordered in 20 years, inedible and absolutely disgusting. You would be better off buying frozen food and heating in a microwave oven. The Tiramisu was the worst tasting Italian dessert I’ve even eaten, I’ve had military k- rations that have tasted better. The Chefs and management should be ashamed of the crap they serve.
