Great spot for Cajun food! Lots of space, quiet atmosphere when we go for lunch. Great service from the one woman who is always there at opening time. Must try- bourbon chicken sandwich- it melts in your mouth! I can't help but get it every time.

We drive past Chesters all the time. We finally had the opportunity to visit. Service was on point! We ordered mac n cheese, blackened shrimp, and chicken po boy. We also ordered the gator juice and brownie with ice cream. Everything was delicious! We will definitely be back.

My office just ordered lunch from Chester’s. I looked at the menu, and was pretty hungry so decided to order the Black’nd Chicken Dinner skillet. It was $22 after tax, so I figured it would be a good sized portion.When I opened the container, there was about 6 bites of food as pictured below.

Food was excellent a bit spicy but that's NO Cajun style and I enjoy the spice lol. Waited 15 minutes before being brought a menu and asked what did we want to start with drink wise. Understandable as the waitress was handling the bar, take out orders, and the dine in tables, geesh..... Food portions nice the shrimp Po Boy was bomb. The gumbo was a bit too thick and pasty needed water but wasn't totally inedible. The only awkward and I mean awkward part (and reason for 3 stars) was when the waitress brought the check and said I'm going to turn around and wait and see how much you leave for a tip. Which we left 20% but that was wayyyy over the top and completely awkward and strange!!!

1st time at new location, love the space and the food was 10/10. Clams casino, jumbayala, seafood enchiladas and seafood pasta all were amazing, the seafood enchiladas we're my favorite, best we've ever had!!! Our server was amazing

We’ve eaten there before, but this last time was the worst! My prime rib was very thin for a queen cut and it was very pricy for the small size you got. My husband’s dish had no flavor on the bowl of his Cajun meal he got. The stuffed mussels appetizer was cooked to long and very dry. The only thing real good was the coleslaw and my corn chowder seafood soup. I asked for some to go meaning the size I already had and not knowing the crocks were bowl size I said a bowl to go and that end up costing me a lot! I should have said crock not like the one I had, but I thought she’d know that since I asked for the same size. And instead of changing the mistake and not charging me $16.00 for it, she said I can’t read your mind. This was the first time we ever had a bad experience and the amount was crazy!! I doubt we will go back again. It’s not worth the two hour drive and we can find more places with better hospitality!! My husband loves Cajun food and we were recommended this place, I wish they would make there customers happy and be considerate with having the customers be satisfied!!

Fish was on point! Sides were delicious, especially the collared greens! This place has cod, which I prefer as well! Service was good, knocked the atmosphere cause it is an older establishment that could use an upgraded interior.

Chester's food is quality, portions are just right. Service is attentive and friendly. We have never had a bad meal or a problem with our orders. My s/o orders the same dinner every time and he says it is the best and always the same to his delight. We are there about every other week and every experience is a positive one.

Had a birthday party gathering which was great but needed a take out container after spending and tipping that they could not provide just told us they could give us more napkins after spending over 100 dollars. Where did customer service go? Really???
