It is what you would expect from a children's party spot.I think they have a really good selection of games. Small area in the back for the smaller kids in your group. My personal favorite is the photo booth. Included with the gaming bracelets. Nice little souvenir for your hundreds of dollars spent. Now for the food: I expected it to be overpriced, and it is. $16.99 for chicken nuggets, but it did say it was a serving for 2. When I got the nuggets, there were 8. Not exactly 2 servings for an 11 and 8 year old. The nuggets were pretty good though. I got the $11.98 salad bar and I did enjoy it. It's basic, but very clean and well stocked. It's also all you can eat which is nice since we were there for about 3 hours. The location was nice and clean and it is large enough that the kids didn't have to wait to play their favorite games.Dietary restrictions: The chicken wings are dairy free, but the nuggets are not!

It was a little crazy with the amount of kids there, but really fun. They have a great variety of games. Their system for handstamps seems to really keep the right kids leaving with the right adults which is reassuring. It's basically a rave for 7 year-olds, so as an adult it was overwhelming but the kids loved it. The dude at the ticket counter seemed annoyed that I had multiple kids, including one with an exceptionally short attention span involved in picking prizes. He did not do a great job helping us in the process and I had to go recheck our cards on my own because he was not helpful with keeping track of which cards were used up. We were definitely annoying so I get it, but that's what kept me from giving 5 stars. On the other hand whoever was in the Chuck E. Cheese costume should probably get a medal because the millions of children hyped up on birthday cake and cotton candy were wilder than any Swifty and Chuck E. Ran that crowd.

The service was decent but the actual place was chaos and dirty unfortunately. Took our young son for his first time the other week and teenagers were running and running and they kept bumping into me and my son which got me pretty angry. There should be a rule that an adult needs to accompany the children walking around or something idk. But half the parents were not even paying attention to their kids. And then some kids took the ride I paid for for my son to go on and my son couldn't go on it. Just very disappointed and not a kid friendly place for kids younger than 5 sadly. My son was actually scared because of all the running and yelling.

It was my first time going to that chuck E cheese. My niece had wanted to go there for her birthday. So my family and I went and took her there. I enjoyed myself especially the adult games as well. When watching her run around and play with her and her little sister. The only thing I did not like is that a smell of marijuana all through the establishment that bothered me a lot and I hope if I go back again that doesn't happen. It should not happen or be around children that smell. But other than that, it was a very nice place.

I like the unlimited play for minutes idea. It was busy but comfortable.
