Bean salad and charcuterie board.We ordered gluten Free as I have a servere reaction to it. Bread was not gluten Free and we waited 1 hour. The place was having a birthday party and never informed us at the door so we could make the decision to stay or not. After we ordered a cocktail, We ended up getting our food to go as it was to loud to talk to each other as we sat right next to eachother. So when we got home and our salad never came with any salad dressing. We were so disappointed. $54.00 dollars later, was a waste of our time and money! Very, very disappointed! When I told the girl at the door, she said when did you come in? Really, not what you should be saying to a paying customer. This place is a diamond in the rough! Amazing food, amazing cocktails, amazing bartenders- super fun atmosphere- loungey cocktail vibes, great vibe all around! Their patio is beautiful in the summer too. Nick is an amazing bartender who will take great care of you and the owners are the nicest people ever. Love supporting this place!

Very chill on a Sunday night. The drinks were amazing, the food was delicious. I would not order the chocolate mousse again though - it was frozen so chunky/flaky rather than smooth and creamy despite being delicious.

Love it here! Came a few times and it was great. Decided to have our 20 years HS reunion here and the service was exceptional all night by the entire staff. We all walked away super impressed and thankful for how easy and stress-free the staff made it! ?

Ciao is the perfect addition to Hertel Ave! Their unique cocktails and perfect sized portions are perfect for date night or happy hour. We’re hosting a private event here this winter and can’t wait. I’d definitely recommend!
