Awful customer service. Vanilla ice cream has no flavor. Cookies taste a little stale.

Ice cream was great and place it’s self was cute! Service was AWFUL. Rolled her eyes when we walked in and didn’t speak one word, even after I said thank you. Probably won’t be back simply in hopes of never getting served by her again. West Seneca location has better employees.

It includes a range of hard ice cream, cookies, signature sundae creations, soft serve (with an option for FlavorBurst only at the Boatyard location), 77's (their version of Blizzards), giant cookie sandwiches, ice cream cakes, cookie towers, milkshakes, sundaes, and other novelties. Signature sundae creations offer combinations like chocolate chip cookie with vanilla and hot fudge or a more adventurous Snack Aisle cookie with butter pecan and hot fudge. The soft serve custard comes in vanilla, chocolate, and twist, with kiddie, regular, and large sizes available. The 77's, a nod to Blizzards, come in a variety of flavors including Cookies & Cream, Snicker’s, Cookie Dough, and more.Located at 929 Elmwood Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14222, Cookies & Cream operates with the mission of delivering an excellent customer experience, aiming to be a neighborhood gathering place that revives the spirit of community. Stopped by for some dessert with my girlfriends. The price was not bad at all. I ordered the toasted or roasted (cant remember) coconut ice cream. Im a huge coconut lover. This is by far some of the most delicious and flavorful coconut flavored ice cream I've ever had. I don't live anywhere near this ice cream shop, but I will definitely make it my mission to make my way back here for some more of that coconut ? ice cream.Parking: Street and parking lot parking available

Don’t waste your money on the sundaes . The “ hot fudge” wasn’t hot . The cookies aren’t warm . It’s disappointing and not worth the 10 dollars.

This would be my last choice of places to go for an ice cream treat. The sundaes were below average for the price. Plastic spoons and plastic bowls were true only option. The tables were dirty and the above was very low energy. I do miss the soda bar and pastry shoppe, but we can never go back.

I've only been here once and I only tried one flavor of ice cream (no cookies) so this review is written specifically for people who, like me, love chocolate peanut butter ice cream. This was the best scoop I've tried in WNY (Sweet Jenny's is second) but I especially appreciated that the very busy young woman scooping the ice cream went out of her way to try to get peanut buttery scoops after I told her I liked the ribbons of peanut butter. I also thought the portion size was really generous. I liked the feel inside and the outside dining area was nice. It was busy, and the line was long, but the staff were kind and moved quickly. The friends I went with liked their blizzard and cookies and I look forward to going back.

As soon as I walked in I was in such awe! The decor here is so cute. I would say this is a nice date/hangout spot as well. The cookies here are so big and delicious. We had the sugar, macadamia nut and oatmeal raisin cookie. I had the cookie dough blizzard which was okay. It was soft serve ice cream layered with the cookie dough and I thought it was going it be mixed in. The components were tasty though. They also have an outdoor area in the front and the patio area , both are nice.

Totally overrated. The ice cream is average at best. I have been there twice and done! The cookies were hard both times, the Blizzard '77 was terrible. The line to order is confusing and the staff appeared sleepy and frightened. Last night was my last time.

This place is terrible! Anybody who gives this place a great review is either lying or has no taste buds. Do not go here..go to wegmans and buy yourself a 1/2 gallon of Perry's, way more flavorful. Yuck!!
