I ordered 1 red velvet waffle with a chicken breast, 1 red velvet waffle with chicken tenders, and 2 macaroni and cheese. The order came to about $61 and this was order directly at the restaurant. For ~$18 there was a small chicken breast that was slightly dry that came with the waffle and for ~$23 3 chicken tenders that were also on the smaller side with the waffle. These meals did not come with a side.The meal would have been more enjoyable if there was enough chicken for the waffle..The pricing of these meals do not reflect what was on the plate. The waffle was on the sweeter side but paired perfectly with the chicken. The chicken was nicely seasoned. Overall I was expecting more food.

Stopped on Chandler Street street to visit a neighboring business and discovered Crenshaw’s Chicken and Waffles.WOW, AM I GLAD I DID!I ordered 2 of the early bird specials which is one chicken breast and one waffle each along with a bottle of water for only ten bucks each! I opted for one Cinnabon waffle and one Red Velvet waffle, to go.The ooohs and ahhhs and wows from my family’s mouths were almost comical. They LOVED the chicken and were crazy about the waffles!The atmosphere was nice, especially because it was well lit and the signage made it very easy for this first timer to come up with an order.The best part were the people. I had the pleasure of meeting Gregory, the owner, and his staff. Everyone was very welcoming with their big smiles and helpful attitudes. It was. Fantastic experience and I will definitely be back!!!

The food was a 10/10. The owner took my order and conversed about each question I had! He was so polite and helpful, Definitely pointed me in the right direction the cookies and cream waffle definitely somehow just taste like it was made for the chicken! And the Mac side and eggs were both fireee!! Haven’t had food in a while where every part of the meal hit the spot! I will be back. Not to mention my take out food was packed so neatly and the food wasn’t sloppy either !
