Do not even bother going to this place. While i’m reading reviews about some employees being rude, they were nice to me. Very talkative and outgoing. I got a cheese danish and it was dry. There was only cheese in the middle and it was not good, it was dry. My friend and I got smoothies , they did not taste bad but they were chunky. It took over 10 minutes to make them and they weren’t even blended all the way. At that point I wouldn’t even mind it being a few extra minutes if they were actually blended. I started gagging from the texture. When my friend and I walked in, it was almost hotter than outside due to no central air conditioning. I get that this place is under new management and that is very expensive but if you can’t afford necessary amenities to stay comfortable in there you should not be opening a business just to try it out. Not a single person was in there and a total of three walked in, some woman to get her artwork. She didn’t even buy anything to drink or eat. And then this girl and guy walked in, I assume her father, came in and started arguing with the one woman at the counter about how this girl has not gotten paid for the last three shifts she worked. I left right after. After their slow service, horrible products and illegal treatment of their employees I will never go back and do not recommend going there. You don’t pay your employee that you hired and scheduled whenever you feel like it. That is not how it works, if you don’t have enough money to pay employees, you do not have enough money and resources to start a business. Just go to Spot coffee down the street for a better environment overall, more comfortable, better food, better products for the price. This place overall, sucks.

It’s unfortunate because this place used to be good. I was the only customer and there was no music or anything playing at first. Then I sat down and they put country on the radio and also turned a tv on with sports playing out loud. Both the sounds were competing with each other and it was too much. The owner was also walking around on his phone talking loudly/swearing and talking to the employees from across the cafe. It was definitely not cozy and I planned on staying to do some work but it was too loud and uncomfortable and I ended up leaving before I finished my coffee.

Classic coffeeshop that recently reopened under new management. Retro decor with coffeeshop tunes playing in the background. I could see myself stopping in here frequently if I lived in the neighborhood.I had the breakfast sandwich and their daily roast hot coffee. Sandwich was good but not the best I've had. Coffee is very good.

I loved the vibe of the place. I ordered a Chocolate macadamia latte with oat milk and it was excellent, probably the best latte I’ve ever had. The staff is super nice and friendly. My friends spent HOURS in the place talking. The owner gave us a free Italian lemon cake and it was fantastic!

Extremely slow service, tasteless coffee, employees forget what you’ve ordered, didn’t get change back when paying with cash. Overall terrible, better experience at Timmies, which is an actual insult. No idea how this place is still in business.

I honestly can't even say how disappointed I was about this place. The reviews looked great and my partner and I wanted to keep trying new local places. First off, the second you step in, there's a nauseating old person smell in there. Everything is filled with antique chairs that look like they've been bought out of a thrift shop. Behind the counter had peeling vinyl counter paper where the coffee machine was and it wasn't dirty per say but it certainly wasn't professionally clean. The woman at the order counter was nice, we ordered two Mocha Lattes and two The Supermans. It's a shame cause she was so friendly but the lattes she made us was absolutely tasteless. I liked the mugs she served us with but the coffee had zero taste and we didn't even take more than 3 sips. After 15 minutes, she gave us our food and it was literally Eggo waffles with small bits of egg and bacon in it. Im not kidding, we got Eggo waffles. They weren't housemade like we were expecting, and despite waiting 15 minutes our food was just lukewarm too. We only took one bite just to taste it before we left the food there and went to a Tim Hortons. We paid $25 for cheap eggo waffles and bland coffee. I can't NOT recommend this place anymore. They claim new management and the place smells, looks, and tastes horrible.

Super friendly- just seemingly unorganized; not for those in a hurry.

Coffee shop under new management finding its footing. Excellent staff. Love the space. Nice selection of desserts.I rode my bike there and I heard that the owner wanted to take down the bike racks outside. I hope they don't because I won't be able to park and spend money there.

So I just ordered a small latte for $6.50 which is like a 6 oz cup. There’s no taste to it.Just wasted my money. I would rather go to a chained cafe like Dunkin or Spot coffee.Very disappointed!
