Place is falling apart and is not the same as it was 5 years ago, chairs were ripped tables had the finish scraped off of them. Food came out ice cold when it was supposed to be hot, management was rude and dismissive about the poor food quality. Sad to say but I think it’s the last time I give this location any of my business.

I visited the restaurant on 2/14/24. A couple days later I noticed they had charged me twice. I contacted the store multiple times and was ensured I would get a refund for the overcharge. I even went to the store and talked to the store manger Imani smith. She promised me I’d get my refund in a couple days. When still didn’t get the refund I could and she said she would look into it and call me back. She never called me back. I finally contacted corporate and they took my information and sent it to the store. Still no refund. It’s now two months later. This store stole money from me and is refusing to give it back.

It's Dave and busters. It's loud, it's flashy, it's great appetizers and meh at best food otherwise. Too many tickets for simple prizes. But we all know that. It's Dave and busters. This one does a good job at staying on par.
We were in the area and had a party of 4 families and kids. Meals were good a few items were missed, but they made it right. Bar service was extremely slow at the table, so we ended walking up to the bar for drinks. Kids had a great time playing games.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free available

Decent enough place to enjoy some video games, and ticket type games, VR rides, a bar with sports ie Bills and Sabres along with with out of town sports. There’s plenty of prizes that are cheaper to get and also insane amounts of tickets to win stuff.Old classic stuff like air hockey, bubble hockey, and racing games. Giant versions of pac man and space invaders etc. overall decent place. Wish it was cheaper for credits, no options except $20 or more at a time.

Had my Granddaughters birthday party there. Service was not good. 2 parties but had to wait for everything. Was to have two towers of soda only received 1. Had to be replaced 3 times for no syrup. I ordered tons of extra food, which took forever. Then I had to wait for over half an hour for more cards. Then 45 minutes for the bill. I would NEVER have another party there again. O don't try and call they never answer the phone. Don't get me started on the restroom ?Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps
