We stop here whenever we’re out in Buffalo and the food is amazing. Yesterday we stopped by and Denise was running the place by herself and the service was still fast and everything was great!!

First time at this location and we couldn't be more pleased! Friendly staff, prompt service, always checking on us to see if we were satisfied or needing anything. The loaded nachos were amazing. I can't tell you how many times I've ordered tortilla chips from places where once the top layer is eaten, I'm basically eating just nachos. Not here! Queso, Chile con carne, beans, cilantro, tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños all the way through! It was a great experience. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for some Mexican food!

If you like elmers glue dip with nacho chips and a soggy gym sock filled with spam topped with dish water salsa, this is the place for you. Youll be greeted immediately with a pungent odor of baby farts and dry skin flakes. Followed by dim flickering lighting, reminding you of a time of war-torn Bosnia. Still not convinced, the atmosphere gives you hints of a post WW2 mess hall. If not convinced yet, wait until you get the bill, it will be greatly satisfying when you realize youve spent a small fortune buying a plate of garbage. You might be better off buying a fourloko and getting chipotle, for a similar experience.

Went to Deep South Taco for my daughter's birthday with my grandson and his girlfriend we had a very helpful and pleasant waitress since it was hard to say some of the Mexican names! I was the only one to have a drink I had a tequila sunrise made very good. We had naco libre platter with Steak to share loved the cheese on it couldn't stop eating it had jalapeno peppers, tomatoes,beans, green onions and the steak was very good. My daughter had nachos with different sauces a fresco a tomatollo and something else she liked them all and took them home because we had plenty of food. I had Birria very good plenty of cheese love the dipping sauce my daughter and grandson had the same thing carne asada taco they both loved it tender meat and great sauce and grandson 's girlfriend had Tex Mex burrito smothered in cheese with beans and rice on the inside she ate half and took the rest home it was so big . Great food and birthday celebration will be back

Went to Deep South Taco for my daughter's birthday on a quiet Wednesday we were the only ones there that's was good we got all the attention! Our waitress was helpful with the menu and was friendly and funny.my daughter got nachos with 3 different sauces a fresco,tomatollo and another one I tasted one had a little Tang to it she enjoyed all of them we also got for the table nacho libre platter with Steak had chips with tomato,green onions,beans, jalapeno peppers,drissled with cheese sauce and steak was great im craving it now as im reviewing it.I had 3 Birria tacos with onions and cilantro and the dipping sauce meat was great tender with plenty of cheese I could smell the dip as she put my plate down didn't disappoint had 1 and a half left over and was just as good the day after. My daughter and grandson had the same thing the carne asada taco they both enjoyed meat had great flavor and was tender. Grandson's girlfriend had the Tex Mex burrito it had rice and beans and smothered in cheese sauce it was great and huge I got to take it home trust me I would order it next time had great flavors mixed together. I was the only one having a drink I had a tequila sunrise made by the waitress - barmaid it was good could taste the tequila right away overall had a Great time and great food

Food, meh. Prices, probably a tiny bit high for the quality. But it wasn’t sanitary and they had a variety of science experiments growing in the various condiment bottles and hot sauces.

Great setting, wonderful service. The food is simply not good. Tacos are expensive and bad. Straight up bad. Nachos are decent, but it might just be when contrasting them with the tacos. This place should be jumping, and it's not. The reason is the food. Buffalo won't embrace a place with meh food. I don't like putting places down, as that negativity benefits no one. Deep south needs to reflect, amend, and adjust so they can provide tacos (especially the shells) that we can all be happy with.

My new favorite place! Let me tell you that I've never had a burrito like that in my life and I normally don't drink but the margarita was perfect on my birthday September first! I love the workers the people the atmosphere and it's well worth it for the price that you pay! I definitely will be frequenting deep South taco!
