Enjoyed the food and service. Drinks were not strong enough for the price

I love this place. Food is amazing and their margaritas towers are the TRUTH!! If you've never had a fish Taco this is where you wanna get it from. Chef kiss ? Great experience every time I'm there.

We were seated immediately at a back booth, but waited quite while for our server to notice. Their staff miscommunicated and lost track of us.Finally we could order, and drinks and food served promptly (I think they were compensating for earlier).Whatever the case, the service was friendly and food really good quality. The La Bandera enchiladas (photo) was very good. We enjoyed our dinner!

Josh was such a great server, so attentive and sweet. Gave great recommendations! We’d come back just for him! Cheers from Toronto!

I give 0 star for this restaurant if I could. I ordered shrimps quesadilla and my friend got chicken with rice something. Our food were very greasy and disgusting. I showed to the server. He didn't even apologize instead he asked if I wanted to take it go. Seriously!!?? I didn't even eat it there, why would i take it home for. We were very disappointed and NOT going back there again for sure.

Me and my family went here on Monday and the food was horrible . I went to go look at the reviews to see what they say and these reviews are a LIE this food was horrible . The rice and beans have no seasoning, the quesadillas barely have cheese. How do you mess up a cheese quesadilla? The prices are affordable but you’d be better off going to Taco Bell .

All the restaurants we ate at during our stay were great, but the meal we had here was exceptional. Fresh Chips and Salsa were served after we sat down. My husband got a 3 sampler of: Chicken Burrito, Chicken Enchilada, and Chicken Quesadilla. It came with beans and was on two plates there was so much. He couldn't finish. I got the Veggie Fajitas, which also came on two plates, with a salsa salad, rice and beans, guac, sour cream, and was way more than I could eat. The food was so good, we did try to eat it all. The portions were huge, but more important, the food is great. The staff was attentive and kept our glasses filled.

My beer was fine, but there were many flies in the bathroom and the place does not look clean overall

I attended the downtown art festival today with my buddy and happened across this restaurant. My buddy said he'd eaten there before and said the food was good. Because of the art festival the restaurant was quite busy, but not wall-to-wall busy. When we entered, and asked about a table, the high tables adjacent to the reservationist weren't occupied. I asked the guy taking reservations how long the wait time was going to be and he stated "15-20 if you want to eat outside, less if it's inside".After checking with my buddy, we asked to be placed on the wait list. I gave my name and the guy taking reservations said, "if you want to go around to the other end of the bar and have a drink, I can let you know when your table is ready". After making our way to the end of the bar, I was able to get the bartender's attention and ordered a couple of drafts. After about 30 minutes we hadn't heard anything from the reservationist (even though we saw him walk to the kitchen twice - adjacent to where we were at the bar). I decided to go back up to the desk and asked the reservationist how our table was going. He looked at the list, looked at my name and said "Is that you?". I said yes and he said, "you're next". I said okay, cool. It was after all busy.Another 30 minutes goes by and my buddy is wondering about the table and decides to go ask the reservationist about the status of the table. During this time, we'd noticed the reservationist go to the kitchen and back to the desk, walking right past us again. When my buddy asks about the table, the reservationist says he called my name and never heard back or received a response and gave away our table. Granted it was noisy in the restaurant, but neither of us heard the reservationist call out my name. When asked whether there was another table ready, the reservationist said he didn't have anything and made us feel like it was our fault for not responding.I've worked in hospitality for more than a decade and totally understand when it's busy, things don't always go as planned. To make us feel like it wasn't his problem, really didn't sit well with us so we left without eating. Based on reviews I've seen here, the food and the atmosphere may be great, but we never had the opportunity to try either. My suggestion is to not go during their busy times.

Great food, great drinks, great portions, great prices, great service. We will be returning! We ordered the chicken tacos, jumbo chimichanga, and vegetarian burrito. The margarita was on point! I forgot the waitress name, but she was polite and patient with us.Vegetarian options: My parents are vegetarian and they had several options to select from. They also do not drink so they ordered the nonalcoholic pina coloda.Parking: Free parking in the back.

This was our 1st time back since pre-covid. Food was fantastic. Almost better than I remembered. Josh our server was outstanding. Recommend to anyone who will enjoy a nice Mexican place.

They automatically charge 18% gratuity on your bill without telling you. We had two people. Also if you are paying with a credit card, they still put a line for tip so if you are not aware of the charge on your bill you are now providing a second tip. Won't be back here. How many people have not seen this on their bill??
