Ordered a cookie butter cold brew in the app for easy pickup and had someone grab it for me. They completely messed the order up and didn't put any foam on top or cookie butter stuff and it just tasted like coffee, but not even good coffee. I was so mad I didn't even take a picture and just gave it away, but even that person said it was nasty and didn't want it. This was my first time ordering from here and I won't ever order from this location again. I know sometimes drinks are good depending on who makes them but if people are spending, $5 plus on a drink it should be made to a certain standard. I didn't even have the energy to take it back because it was a busy time of day, but I would have had things been different. Big thumbs down.

It's just like your typical Dunkin' Donuts but service is horrible only one person working almost at all times of the day and today when I went to get something I was standing there waiting for 7minutes before the guy finally came up to me instead of the drive thru and even then didn't offer to take my order, just says "use the touch display to place your order". And then the prompt asks for a tip like the audacity.

Iced tea was basically just water. also got an iced chocolate, and checked the ingredients after, turns out it had as much sugar as 12 of their classic glazed donuts. Won't be ordering here again.They do have a charging station and bathrooms, so nice environment but terrible drinks.

The seating area appeared clean. The coffee and donuts selected were good.
I've never seen a Dunkin that chopped up the bacon for the Bacon Avocado Toast before, but it should be the standard. No more ruining the bread while gnawing through a piece of chewy bacon.

usually the same lady taking the orders. very slow in there, can’t ever get the drinks correct. lack of customer service or interaction. 99% of the time i expect my drink to be wrong. finally not trying anymore and just writing a review and not wasting my money anymore. it’s ridiculous

Order Hash brown, Bagel mini both were cold and soggy. Ordered coffee with cream and sugar, they forgot the sugar.
My favorite location is Belmont. I wish my home location rediscovered the consistency that Belmont has.
