Absolutely delicious Puerto Rican cuisine! The city of Buffalo was ready for a new, refreshing and authentic Puerto Rican restaurant and "El Encanto" delivered! I had the mofongo which was on point with a savory garlic sauce, and the yellow rice with roasted pork which was exactly what I envisioned when I think of authentic Puerto Rican food. Service was great and the delightful decorations make for the perfect tropical ambiance. Let's support our local businesses, especially when they are as fantastic as "El Encanto". Will definitely spread the word! #weepppaa!

I am in town for work, I googled Puerto Rican Cuisine, and I found this place. The atmosphere is great, love the music, the server was experienced and helpful, the food came out with 15 minutes for takeout, and I was impressed with the food. I ordered Bistec encebollado as a plate. This is enough for 2 people! I was expecting the steak and the rice, but it also came with small side salad, beans (love love love habichuelas guisadas) and plántanos maduros. It's perfect for me!!! I ate a portion just now, and I know I'm taking the rest to work tonight... Eat Here!!! Food is fresh and hot!!! Now I really miss my wela....

Waited 30 min and FOOD was serve cold. The prices were different in the receipt. First and last going to that place again. Paid more than I expected. And the colada didn’t taste like colada at all.
I went in person and I loved you guys. I ordered from door dash today, and you said you were preparing my food and then canceled my order because you were "closed". I don't understand why restaurants take orders from food places like Uber eats and door dash if you get so busy you can't keep up. Now i don't get my food, and you have no idea why i cant come in to get it. Poor poor customer service and I guarantee the only thing i will get from this is some d*** apology. I never complain or even makes reviews so the fact that I'm leaving this shows how livid i am.not acceptable

the Carne Frita is super moist and super tasty not too salty like most restaurants in the area !!! The Mofongo Wow never had a better mofongo in Buffalo since I've moved here , moist well seasoned and garlicky just how a mofongo should taste like !!!! Excellent keep bringing this good flavors to the. City of Buffalo

They are slow. Don't like answering phones either. Was missing food. I'm sure it would probably be better service if they would do dine in. But than again who knows. I stood at their post for 29 minutes before they even decided to come out of hiding. I will never order from here again

I gave it a 4 star because although the food I bought was super delicious, and at the moment I visited, it was only carry out. I needled help buying, they have no wheelchair access. So sad ?.
