Great place for a good, quiet meal. Love the staff here! They are always friendly and go the extra mile for their customers.

The parking is poorly situated. The pool was the most disgusting pool I have visited in years, there were years of people scum built up around the ledge and an orange tint of dirt on the bottom. Staff were subpar and not very helpful.

Much more dated than the other two Hilton properties in the near vicinity. Could use an update. The room kind of smelled but was clean if not new. The staff there are really what led this to a 4 star vs 3 star review. All were very polite, accommodating, and friendly. No clue why there is no signage downstairs about their restaurant, which is basically empty because one never realizes or remembers it exists on the 2nd floor. The host/waitress at the restaurant though was super nice. Shame as if people knew about it they might get customers. I'd stay here again only for the staff (including the housekeepers who rushed to bring me extra pillows), the front desk staff. For better accommodations though I'd stay at the two others within a 5 minute walk.

After experiencing the drive for hours just to secure a US Passport, it was good to know that I was safe in downtown Buffalo NY. The ladies at the front desk were knowledgeable about the area. I was given detailed instructions and the location for the government office. The hotel is located in a prime area for anyone flying or driving into Buffalo to secure a passport. I was relieved of a lot of stress, because the hotel bed was comfortable; the hotel was clean and updated. Most importantly, the staff was absolutely wonderful to me (kind, helpful and professional). So grateful I stayed there!

Stayed here for a short trip to the area. It’s within walking distance of several restaurants and attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and had a fridge and microwave.

We were in Buffalo for our godsons wedding and Zach took amazing care of us. We had some issues and he was compassionate and professional and an amazing example of the best customer service. He remembered our names and treated us all so well. I wish all businesses had someone like Zach.

This hotel is just that, a hotel. A standard hotel that everyone expects. No thrills, nothing special. The rooms are small, the bathrooms are small. The beds are very uncomfortable and there is no valet or onsite parking, you have to park a block away and carry your bags. It’s not a bad hotel at all, it’s just nothing to write home about or remember.

Got stranded at Christmas 2022. This hotel staff is absolutely amazing!! Very accommodating, super helpful. Other hotels are running out of food and these guys are making breakfast and a dinner for everyone. It’s truly an amazing crew. They are stranded with us and dealing with all the stress yet have a smile on their face!! A can not recommend this place enough, just because of the staff. Merry Christmas and thank you so very very much!!!

I recommend the delish veggie flatbread with a split of proseco. Take it back to your room and relax after a business meeting. I found the atmosphere an odd blend of a breakfast- lunch-dinner setting and it was very quiet. Settling into my room to eat was the better option.

Pretty strong pros and cons, especially for those staying in a King Suite. Probably a 2.5 and would look elsewhere next time Im in Buffalo - For the King Jr suite there is no door separating the bedroom from the the rest of the space, and this isn't called out or shown in any of the pictures. I dont understand the point of this layout, and admittedly should have called to check - but its disingenuous in my mind to not highlight this in a 'suite' room details. The reason many people want a suite is so they can separate sleepers between the main bedroom and the sofa bed - in this layout we might as well have been in the same room, and it wouldve been far cheaper for me to get a two queen room layout - I would have done just that had I known about this layout -Making the above problem worse, the sofa bed was perhaps the noisiest bed Ive ever slept on - every movement created loud creaking etc that could be heard throughout the entire room (Im not a large person) including the bedroom that in this layout isn't separated. Aggravating for all involved and not worth paying the additional cost -Got in at midnite with 2 kids and asked front desk while checking in 'will there be bedding for the sofa bed in the room' and was told yes. There wasnt. Called down for bedding which was brought up - a fitted sheet, one pillow and a mangy polartec type 'blanket'. Called down asking for another pillow and a flat sheet. Staff brought up another pillow and two more sheets - both fitted. By this time I gave up, put one fitted sheet on the bed and slept under the other two fitted sheets (which obviously just curled up into a heap an hour later). Very aggravating -Room is a bit dated, carpet needs replacing etc. Kind of on the fringes of what I would expect from Hilton frankly -Location is good, easy to get to ice arena and the tram is right out front -Staff was otherwise helpful in giving directions, answering transport questions, recommending places etc -Room size was good with lots of large windows and good views of the city

I'm stunned. I stay in a LOT of hotels, mostly Hiltons. Staff was friendly on check in. Walked into the room, Jr suite this time. For $700 a night, I had certain expectations. Stained sofa, and I mean stains that look like blood and em other bodily fluids. While the beds seemed clean, you could see just from looking at them that there are large dips in the middle. A good night's sleep is not going to happen I'm sure. Rust covers the windows, needs a good painting. The rug outside of the room as well as in were stained. Caulk in the bathroom is yellowed. Overall an update is badly needed.

Just had a 3 night stay here, this is one of my company's preferred spots in buffalo. Did have an older but spacious room on one of the higher floors with great views of the city. Standard amenities, no complaints other than the mold and dirt and grime in the shower tiles. Someone needs to get into room 1103 and scrub it! Very friendly and helpful employees in the restaurant during the breakfast shift.

If you are or have a person in your party that is in a wheelchair DO NOT stay here. The doors are tight. The showers need scrubbed. POOR maneuverability in queen with roll-in shower. The parking is a block away with homeless asking for money. It did not feel safe especially with a wheelchair. the curbs are a mess, some not cut, and some cut buy not paved for accessibility. The hotel rooms are old and need refurbished.
