Service was good, food was good, flavorful and fresh, but very expensive for what you get, the wait time was insane (and we were the only customers there), cleanliness was poor (we were the first customers of the day and every table was dirty), the atmosphere is dingy, parking is in a rough unpaved lot full of holes and no markings.
Good service, clean restaurant, food was fresh but underwhelming. On one hand our orders came out hot and crispy. On the other hand the chicken was dry and under seasoned thus lacking discernable flavor even though ordered spicy.

Excited to try the food tonight, unfortunately it wasn't good. The chicken was rubbery with no flavor and the breading was falling off. The fries weren't great either. The griller was soggy. probably won't be back.. Hertel Location
