Today, was the very first time for my stopping by there, to taste their ribs. Unfortunately, they were out of the ribs, but assured that they would be back in stroke, with them, at 5pm. They allowed me to taste test some of their pulled pork, and it was SO GOOD that I had to buy some. I have NO DOUBT, whatsoever, that their ribs will hold the same 'chef-manship' as their pulled pork.
