Food tastes good - however, often I have food missing from the order when I have it delivered. Last night the driver went to the wrong address and forgot to give me my wings. I didn’t call him back because I didn’t realize it was missing until much later. This isn’t the first time this has happened unfortunately. Just always double check especially when you order from them, because they’re drivers often miss items.

I have ordered twice from Jet's Pizza on Delaware Ave in Buffalo. The first order was fantastic. The food was good, the service was great.My second order, which is why I am writing this review, was horrible. The calzones had very little filling in them and the one worker was extremely rude.

My daughter was turned away from this pizza store because she was told that students were not allowed in the store. She was not with a group of people she was by herself and because she was wearing a college hoodie they would not service her. I never even heard of something like that! If a person is coming in to spend money on your services how do u turn it down and to what right was that okay. Which makes me feel like it was other reasons why she was turned away from spending her money there. I will definitely be looking into this this more cause out of All the restaurants and stores in this community for this pizza store to do that is very suspicious. And by looking at the reviews already tells me this company has a lot of complaints already on different situations. Whoever the manager is here do better! U will be getting investigated.

We ordered a pizza for delivery using the delivery link on Jet's pizzas Google maps page. The order was never delivered. When calling to check the status the management was rude and offered no attempt to resolve the situation or follow through with delivery of what was paid for.At the moment it appears we are conned out of our money and time. One star is too high of a rating.

The food is so good...but make sure you are only ordering for a couple people. Their large pizza is a small 8 slices. And overpriced. I ordered 2 larges and a small for a party, not realizing how small everything would be. The small was 4 slices of pizza...so I didn't have nearly enough pizza for everyone. Everything came to over 60 dollars, for barely any pizza.
