Hands down the best shakes in Buffalo. I love that the shakes are customizable as well. You can add or remove ingredients based on preferences. My go to is the cookies and cream (and sometimes I add peanut butter) and it is always top tier. They are also on DoorDash now, too!
My boy Jordan always makes me a bomb shake, highly recommend this place anyone who needs a recharge after their workout. I also think it's mad cool they have macro sheets on all the shakes if you ask. 5/5 easily.

Staff are social and welcoming and the shakes are delicious. I buy anything from water bottles to protein snacks to shakes. It's nice to have access to a shake bar after a workout!
