I ordered from here through door dash only to be told by the driver once they got to my house after two drivers were sent to get my food that the staff said that I would have to request a refund for my sandwich. No reason why the other food I received was cold. I tried to call the store because my first answer said that it was taking too long to get the food and they were sitting there for about 15 minutes. My place the order at least an hour before they closed. Have a feeling they just didn't want to make this food for me. We'll never be going here again. Don't even know how they're still in business. The picture is what we did get and after a few bites of this noticed that it smelled funny and also started to make them sick. Avoid this location if possible would give zero stars but had to give at least one to leave a review.

The Tonawanda Plaza location is the better location compared to the Bailey/Millersport location, this location is fast prompt clean, food is always terrificParking: parking is no problem, but KFC really need to repair the front entrance door, its extremly hard to open due to a defective mechanical door opener, GET IT REPLACED PLEASE! A elderly customer would never get the door open to enter the resturant, its been this way for a very long time, KFC is making a ton of money to easily afford to replace a door opener! REALLY!

I ordered 2 chicken wraps that was as big as my 2 fingers put together, the bag felt so empty. Maybe 2-3 small bites and didn’t taste like anything… yeah I rather get my wraps from Burger King or Md’s not worth my $5 and 44

Received my order through door dash. Everything tasted fresh and good minus my drink. My Dr Pepper tasted so flat I gagged. Change your syrup boxes!! And as a dasher I never pick up from this location cause they’re rude, ghetto af and supposedly the other day I go to pick up a Grubhub order and someone already picked it up. Do better and hire people that wanna be there.
If I could give zero stars I would , chicken & Mac and cheese wraps looks awful only half of it has Mac and cheese. Also ordered a famous bowl no corn and they put more corn then I’ve ever seen on one. Awful staffing please get better employees that actually want to do there job. Do not ever recommend not even to a homeless person trying to get food , hell I wouldn’t even feed my dog this garbage

Ordered two nights in a row. Yesterday they sent the wrong order even though it was printed on my receipt what my order was…today they shorted me a chicken breast in my 3 piece meal. I’m convinced that the workers cannot read nor count at this point?
