“The Tonawanda Plaza location is the better location compared to the Bailey/Millersport location, this location is fast prompt clean, food is always terrificParking: parking is no problem, but KFC really need to repair the front entrance door, its extremly hard to open due to a defective mechanical door opener, GET IT REPLACED PLEASE! A elderly customer would never get the door open to enter the resturant, its been this way for a very long time, KFC is making a ton of money to easily afford to replace a door opener! REALLY!“
