The pizza was awesome, but my wings were a bit burned and dry. Didn't realize until I got home, and I live in Toronto, so I couldn't bring it back

Food: 3/5 Wings weren't really hot- the temperature was lukewarm , didn't think it was worth the price because the wing were smaller than other wing spots in the area. Service: 4/5 service was chill. Atmosphere: 4/5- it was a bit cold in the dinning room

Best BBQ wings! The jumbo wings are crispy, filled with flavor in a sweet, thick BBQ sauce. You’ll be licking your fingers because they’ll be covered in sauce. Staff are friendly and atmosphere is very Buffalo! I suggest ordering ahead of you can- bc there can be a wait based on how busy they are. Parking is very limited at the West Ferry location. Enjoy!Parking: Limited parking- mostly on the street for the West Ferry location.

Best BBQ wings ever!!! Every time I'm in Buffalo I MUST get La Nova's BBQ wings!!! These jumbo wings have a unique flavor! Crispy wings covered in a sweet, thick BBQ sauce make them soooo tasty. Trust me- you'll want to come back again & again after tasting these wings at one of their 2 restaurant locations. Staff are nice and atmosphere is very Buffalo. Just be aware there is limited parking at the West Ferry location. Enjoy!

I moved from Buffalo 30 years ago. At that time, the BBQ wings were soft, succulent, very delicious and I believe the best wings in Western New York . I returned to Buffalo in 2011, 2019-2020 and recently this year (2024). I went to La Nova's during each visit for BBQ wings. They (the wings) were still good & soft in 2011. I noticed a change in the texture in 2019/2020. The wings were very coarse & hard to chew. I thought perhaps they couldn't get quality wings due to the pandemic and thus, was tolerant. This year, the orders for BBQ wings (both take-out & overnight shipment) weren't any better & were very disappointing. The flavor was still there but the texture was so dry & hard, only a beaver's teeth could break down or cut through the meat/fiber. It broke my heart to see something that was once so amazing reduced to being unfit for human consumption. In fact, the recipient of the overnight shipment asked me not to send them LA Nova's BBQ wings ever again!
