Wanted well done pizza, came raw. Left a good tip they didn't check it. Wings were ok, best part was banana peppers I ordered just Incase pizza was nasty.

Ordered a Royal sub and a spinach chicken sub. The royal was so bad I didn't eat it. The roll was burnt on the outside and soggy with grease top and bottom on the inside. Very little meat and no flavor. Now, 1/2 hour later my stomach is churning. Wife's spinach sub , i was told tasted good but had too much mayonnaise on it. Only 2or 3 out of 5. Quality has been inconsistent and going down.

I have always loved their pizza but when I got it a few days ago it just didn't taste normal . It was way sweeter than it normally would be , but the nachos were spot on !

I ordered a personal pizza and a single order of wings for little ol' me during the beginning of Superbowl through doordash. I have never ordered from here even though I always drive by. I am so glad I did because it was so tasty and they followed directions. Thank you so much Leo's. I have been in this neighborhood for a decade and found my new spot.

They have really good pizza salads n burgers. Their wings are ok. The delivery guy is very nice n always cheerful. Staff in store are never rude when placing orders. I would say I order more from leos than I do anyone else.

Good service & food, only issue was when a tip was offered inside another gave a jealous look. Please understand when someone goes out of their way to do what they did to earn a tip then it should be awarded vs just throwing tip money blindly out. In the restaurant business its all about multitasking & great customer service regardless of how busy it is. I'm a retired store manager. Happy Holidays! We'll be back again soon :)

Worst pizza I ever had! I threw it out! There was hardly any sauce on it, ordered pep, green peppers and onions- couldn't find the onions, was just a sprinkle of green peppers, and maybe two pieces of pepperoni on each slice! Save your money and go anywhere else.

The girl who answered the phone was nice, professional and fast-even repeated the order back to me! Picked up the order; the fries were ice cold, the sub was small and out of the 10 wings I ordered, I ended up with 8 flats!!! Thanks, since I only eat drums...if there were going to be a, "next time," I would pay the extra $1 to get all drums, or flats, as indicated on their menu, however, I will not be back. Biggest issue with the girl who answered was the fact that she was provided with the name of the person picking up the order, and I even went as far as spelling it, but the name was misspelled. It also would've been nice had they kept the order slip on the OUTSIDE of the sub wrapper. Lesson learned.

DO NOT order from here!! Chicken fingers were incredibly burnt and mushroom burger bun was stale, plus I made the terrible mistake of looking at the Google menu which was not updated and when we got there it turned out it was $50! Totally horrible food, and for that price I could have went to Red lobster and had a nice evening!!!

Do NOT order the loaded nachos.. you will get plenty of stale chips stuck together with plenty of olives and jalapenos, however 2 tiny containers of cheese. What a huge waste of money. Very upset. $11 for $3 worth of garbage. I will not be back from anything ever again.

I usually hit up the Leo's in East Aurora, which is top notch, but I was disappointed by this Leo's visit. I always order my pizza with extra sauce and this pizza didn't even have what I would consider a "normal" amount. Very light. Also the pizza was very doughy and tasted a bit undercooked. The wings were fine, and up to expectations. Overall the order was fine, but I got this for a group and we all agreed it was nothing special.
