The office staff are professional and courteous. The coffee and other products by far are the best in WNY. They generally serve institutions but anyone can buy at the counter

I was holding up the checkout line at a small country "grocery store" so grabbed the first bag of coffee which happened to be McCullagh Sticky Bun. My first cup was a little weak, 2nd cup I used a heaping tbsp with 2 c water and it was perfect. I normally don't go for the flavored coffees but this is absolutely delicious! I so look forward to my coffee every morning, it's what gets me out of bed.

We visited Niagara Falls and stayed at the Red Coach Inn. We had some amazing coffee with breakfast, which we looked forward to every morning and couldn't stop thinking about after we got home to South Central Pennsylvania. So, we reached out to Red Coach Inn to find out where they source their coffee - turns out it was McCullagh Coffee Roasters Sultana Blend. Ordered it online and it arrived yesterday, we are in heaven! This coffee is so smooth with great flavor. Customers for life!

Not to bash this coffee... But we have the Sultana coffee at work.. And OMG ! this is Not !! good coffee at All.. Tastes like wet cardboard.. Have to use a bag and a half double up on coffee filters Just to get a somewhat of coffee flavor.. Believe me I Drink a lot of coffee just about every way you can make it.. along with different kinds of coffee.. I rank this up there with Chock full o'Nuts coffee.. Look how weak the coffee looks in the cup..

The best coffee ever. Beats Timmy Ho's horrible coffee and expensive prices. Had a couple of k cups that were not sealed and they were friendly and replaced them without issues.

Great tasting coffee would have given it a 5 star but out of 4 boxes of 24 French vanilla K-Cups I have lost at least 7 out of each box due to improper sealing of the K-Cup. I have bought a total of 12 boxes of 24 K-Cup.These were all bought at Sam's clubVery disappointed will have to find another coffee.

Best coffee out there! We were traveling and came across this coffee. We live out of state but thankfully, we can order it online to be shipped. The Holiday Blend is our favorite…it’s so smooth and yummy! I’ve shared it with many friends and they all love it too. The 100% coffee is our next favorite. We only buy the ground or whole bean and have never had an issue. Try it! You won’t be disappointed!

We have always enjoyed your product, however, lately we are receiving k-cups that are not sealed properly. This is causing loose coffee grounds in the package and when placed in the keureg the top cover comes loose and causes water to leak everywhere. I am having to check the tops and have had to throw several away without using. This is not acceptable and is an expense we cannot afford as we are on a fixed income. If this happens again we will be forced to switch to another brand.
This is the most delicious coffee! I prefer Sultana blend. We get it at work and I buy it for home. ❤️☕️

Great cup of grounds. I purchased 4 boxes of 24 k-cups from Sam’s Club and 2 out of every 3 of the k-cups are defective. The top foil is not sealed all the way. Coffee goes everywhere and so do the coffee grounds. Very frustrating to have to dump out your cup of coffee, clean your counter top and keurig brewer. I’m throwing the rest away as it seems there is no way to contact McCullagh to request a refund. Total waste of money.I wouldn’t buy these k-cups.
