I was looking on doordash at 1:30 am because i was hungry and mcdonald’s was the only one open 24 HOURS. so i called 3 times no answer. called a 4th time and i get a “riverside” i said “hello can you make fresh food” because i know it is 1 am and i know that people are gonna be lazy on a late night but being too lazy to not answer the phone is one thing?. she said “stop callin” with an attitude. why you work at mcdonald’s if you can’t even do your job right? seriously what is wrong with people these days having no kindness whatsoever ??.

Went here today at 545PM. All doors were locked and there were multiple cars in both drive thru lines. Waited outside for 15 minutes to see if they made any progress but they did not and the doors remained locked. Embarrassing.

Foodies beware:Worst customer service ever and funny it starts from leadership. There's a young, skinny, long, curly haired Hispanic female manager who is very bad at her job and will be a liability for that company. Racism is no good when you're in a multinational environment. She need more training.#McDonald's.FYI because of work I spent alot of money there. Now Wendy's and burger King will be getting this guy's money.
