I went to McDonalds around 1:30am last night and the overnight employee in the pink sweater was EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional towards me. I didn’t even proceed through the rest of the line because I didn’t want my food after that. She kept telling me she was out of everything and I heard her swear through the speaker about me ordering “to much.” I will never return to this location, she shouldn’t be working in that field if she doesn’t know how to give good customer service

This location is a joke and a black eye to the McDonald’s brand. If there are more than 3 car in the drive-thru go to Wendy’s. This location has 2 speeds slow and slower. Also this location is 100% guaranteed to get your order wrong if you customize an item. If I could give 0 stars I would. Corporate should pay more attention to this location and shut it down or clean house.

I complained through the website. I don't care that it was only 5 bucks. The manager emailed me he wanted to pay for lunch or something. Never heard back. In my 46 years on this earth I would never ask for a folded egg. I would never say no cheese. So these kids at 5am threw this together and went back to doing nothing. Where does it end? I'm done with McDonald's. If I'm gonna waste my money I'm gonna do that somewhere I know I will enjoy. Thanks.
