I like the way they made sub better than pat's pizza.. no grease drip out of sub and thick more than pat pizza... I'll go there again not pat's pizza...

At 5:02 I placed an order for Monterella sticks and pizza logs. They told me that I gotta wait 2 hours to get my order. No other restaurant don't make people wait 2 hours just to get their order. I'm never going to order anything else from them ever again?

Niagara deli never disappoints!! The steak and cheese subs are BOMB, the wings and pizza , the burgers , everything is good everytime. I have no complaints. My order comes correct every time. And if you know you know!!

Ordered a pizza from here was told it would take an hour and 15 minutes the delivery guy showed up two hours and 20 minutes later and the pizza was cold and dried out will definitely be taking this place off my list
I’m utterly disappointed. I called at 3:53pm and ordered the small pizza & one item with 10 wings special. I ordered sausage and cheese, mild wings extra crispy everything was fine. The lady told me it would be one hour. She took my payment over the phone. The delivery guy showed up at 5:26 PM with a cheese pizza no sausage, burnt and extra greasy with old chicken wings. My food was cold and my order was wrong and my family had been waiting over an hour for food I called And the lady told me that she can switch the pizza out mine you it was delivery, so I would have to wait an hour for the delivery guy to bring me the correct pizza so I asked the lady So am I going to have hot pizza and cold wings? Her response was Well, it’s the beginning of the month and we’re busy no refund of my money no offer to replace the entire meal even if I gave it back to them I will never order from them again

We were informed it would be at least an hour wait. It ended up being closer to 1.5 hours, but oh… so worth the wait! The 3 cheese steak sub and the stinger chicken sub were very good! My daughter got the wings and was impressed with them as well.

Our food was great fresh hot and exactly what we ordered and I love that I can get groceries and have them delivered it's convenient especially when you have children
