Oliver's Restaurant is easily amongst the nicest, upscale, and classy dining spots in Buffalo, NY. My first experience here was on Valentine's Day, where there I got a delicious mocktail and my boyfriend the Oliver's Manhattan! Although we were amongst the younger crowd, the staff did not make us feel less important as we were treated with the upmost respect. What made our dining experience was absolutely the restaurants layout and cleanliness! Thank you to the staff who made it a memorable experience I will always recommend.

This fine dining experience is second to none. You feel like royalty from the moment you pull in with valet parking and a coat check. The food is elegant with a French cuisine aspect. The rolls were perfectly salted and buttered. The strip steak was delicious and paired perfectly with dauphinoise potatoes and broccolini. The creme Brulee was decadent. Our waiter was highly knowledgeable and the perfect amount of attentive.

This is a wonderful spot. Everything was delicious. I had the beet salad, so good. The pasta cooked to perfection. Creme brûlée was wonderful. Our server was kind and attentive. The atmosphere was great for anything from a business dinner to an intimate dinner.

The place is more concerned with looking good vs just concentrating on having great food. Took an hour to get table bread. Took another hour to get food. Also made us pay a $25 per person deposit when we made a reservation for our party of 8. Lucky I wasn’t the one who was making the call. Was told they were out of ribeye after they took order. We had 3 people disappointed. I was able to overpay for 2 slivers of duck(ribeye replacement). The scoop of barley on the plate was very good. So go the for your barley cravings. Let’s end on a positive note. I and 7 other family members found out where to tell people where not to go. ?

My husband and I went for dinner on New Years Eve. We loved the Pork belly and Broccoli with African peanut sauce apps and Spinach bread. The Carbonara and Chilean sea bass entrees were perfect. We split the Creme Brulee which was perfect ending to meal. Wait staff and service was very good. Highly recommend.
