PRICE GOUGING. Ordered lunch special ($9.95/$10.95) as listed on menu & online. Upon pick-up, owners wife tried to charge me $26+. I asked about the pricing, and she vehemently denied it stating, "it's subject to change, it's listed on there". Nevertheless, I walked out, foodless, feeling an attempt was made to rip me off. What's alarming about this whole thing is as the "owners wife", you think she would honor the advertised pricing, principle bring a mere $4-5 difference. (which I would've included in the gratuity anyways.) Shame on you, Otto's!

This place is ALWAYS my go to when I'm come home for a visit! Everything about it is EXCELLENT! Service, cleanliness, and the food is stupid good no matter what you get! Family owned and operated is what I love most!!! Wanted to take a pic of my food but I ate it!

Ordered a take out double cheese and double pepponi pizza. Was 2 long strands of hair melted in the cheese. Had to dispose of it. Most disgusting. We were regular customers. Not any more. We won't be back. Disgusting!!!!!

The service was incredibly slow. The food that came out was cold. The order that they forgot, came out when everyone else was done eating, and that food was still raw. Finally, I asked for horseradish for my roast beef on weck, which I don't think I should have even had to ask for, and it came completely dried out, like parmesan cheese. Just a horribly bad night for them.

The waitress Christina is beyond freaking awesome love her! Trust me you are missing out on life if you have not had OTTOS!! You will not regret it..
I had lasagna, which was "deconstructed". The sauce was quite sweet. My wife had the fish fry which was "eh". Heavy, greasy. Service was ok. Attentive but not super excited about life. Decor was outdated. 2.5 stars overall.

I travel a lot for my work and have ate at countless restaurants, but Ottos is by far the best Itialian restaurant I have had the pleasure of dining at. The staff is incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is excellent and the food! They have some of the best, delicious food with hand made spices. I highly recommend either the baked spaghetti or the chicken parm! You will not be disappointed!

New to the area we decided to try this restaurant out for the first time, we got in there and it definitely was not what we expected very tiny inside, we ordered and our waitress (Christina) was very rude only came over 3 times in total I had to flag her down to get our drinks refill, had to get up just to get boxes for our food. I will never go back here again as the experience was very poor and the staff doesn’t seem to care about its customers. If you are looking for a sit down place to go this is not it I wasted $70 here wish I could get it back cause the food and experience was not worth it.
