Worst Panera Bread I’ve ever been! And I’ve been in every Panera Bread I’m Buffalo!I ordered a cup of coffee on the computer and I still have to wait on the line to get my cup! What’s was the point then?

Loved this location food quality was high wifi worked well n Atmosphere was clean .
Literally took 30 minutes to get a latte. I got a notification my order was ready. Nothing was being put on the pickup shelf so I asked the employee at the pickup counter and she said my order was being made now. Waited around another 10 minutes. Finally I looked at the order that had been sitting behind the counter that I originally thought might be mine, and of course it had my name on it. That employee ignored me when I tried to get her attention again. Finally a different employee came over and helped get my order that had been sitting there for 20 minutes.
Every time I come tot his location it's a problem with my order. It's very annoying. So if you go to this Panera please make sure to check your bags and make sure your orders correct before leaving.

This was our second time staying here. The rooms are adequately equipped for our needs and, most importantly: clean quiet, and comfortable. The excellent mattress helped provide a good night’s sleep.This hotel is in a convenient location about 20 minutes north of Pittsburgh. There are lots of restaurants and shopping in close proximity.The self-serve breakfast was fine and included scrambled eggs, sausage, and do-it-yourself waffles, as well as a good assortment of cereals. Everything was well-supplied, which is better than I can say we’ve found at some other hotel chains where we’ve stayed.We had a good stay at a good price.

Do not support the Panera bread company!! There was a poster board for upcoming productions of the colored purple at Sheas. Company execs came in and told the manager to take it down. They explained that “it does not align with the company”. How does a story about black people do not align with the company. Do NOT support this company with RACIST execs running the area. Even SPOT coffee is not like this. Very disappointing that this is how people still think in 2023.

Probably the worst Panera I’ve ever been to. The baguette tasted old (soft and not crunchy on the outside and dry on the inside), and they were out of key ingredients for my salad. The bakery case was weirdly empty. It looked sad.
