Service was overall good. Friendly staff. They did check in and let us know our food was coming since we waited about 20 minutes. I ordered a Benedict and both eggs were hard boiled and there was hardly any hollandaise sauce on it. The waitress was apologetic and got me some extra sauce right away but did not offer any discount on the food or a remake for the eggs. The view was cool. Potatoes and coffee were fantastic. I think the kitchen staff was very focused on a private party that was happening in the banquet room. Overall we probably wouldn't go back for breakfast. The food was good, but just not worth it for the money.

My wife and I went there to celebrate our 33rd year wedding anniversary. I could not have asked for a better evening. The view, service and food was incredible. Can't wait to go back. I highly recommend this restaurant!

the server Jimmy did a great job. We were there at an odd time - 3pm. It was empty. Great view of the lake. They had just cleaned and there was a long-lasting and strong odor of cleaning products. They have to clean at some time so you can't fault that but it definitely was not pleasant to eat with the chemical smell. The food was okay. Again, it probably was that weird time. I have eaten here before and it was good so I would try it again.

A wonderful dinner with a beautiful view. Jimmy was an attentive and knowledgeable server. The food was inventive and delicious. I wish, for our guest, that there were more vegetarian options on the menu, otherwise a lovely evening out.

Our server was amazing , the views are amazing AND the food was amazing. Highly recommend this restaurant , we went for my mother's birthday for Brunch on a Saturday and they made sure we had a wonderful experience and made my mom feel so special ! Will definitely be back...

This was my first experience here. Me and friends are foodies, and we had very high expectations with the food that were not met. The food was bland and not flavorful. Our waitress was good, but no one else seemed dedicated and passionate. The servers that brought our food to the table looked upset and unfriendly.

We were late. The Valet was so accommodating!! Our Table was perfect ? service was The Best I have had in a long time ! It was so busy but we made to the concert with time to spare. Can't wait to go back.

The salmon burger was great. The truffle fries were also very good. There was a really good view and the service was pretty good.

This place is inside the Buffalo Marriott at LECOM HARBORCENTER. Loud but very nice inside. Typical hotel-restaurant atmosphere, with incredibly loud business people that have no volume control. Food was great and so were the drinks. The glass walls would be very cool to see during the day. Smaller menu, but to be expected.

Yes, exactly 5 Stars!! We stopped in here for desert after having dinner at the "Patina 250"(which was so darn delicous i would give it 6 star review on a 5 scale)What a beautiful experience!! Had to try their sponge candy cheesecake! It was a "OH My Gosh" experience!! Totally delicous, we also tried the bartenders other recommendation, I just don't remember it's name. I can't wait to go back for lunch or dinner!! & our Bartenders were the greatest, making a Gingerbeer cocktail, lemon drop martine & then we created a :Panorama at sunset martine, it was divine, delicous, not Tart, not sweet but so much flavor!! I will definitely be back, numerous times..Parking: We used the valet parking. The gentleman was wonderful. Made our experience even more comfortable.Wheelchair accessibility: Valet parking. Large doors, beautiful hotel & plenty of room.

As always best customer service. From the front desk to the servers to the person who was cutting the prime rib for Easter. My family truly enjoyed our experience at Panorama in Seven. We will definitely come back. Keep up the great service!

Dined in on a Sunday evening with some galpals. The menu does a good job of pushing the envelope while still being accessible offering staples like a beef fillet. Service was very good, they just seemed understaffed as drinks were a little slow. For the elevated setting that this is, the floor was a little cramped with tables a little too close together for my personal liking, but we will for sure be back.

For a hotel lobby bar, panorama on 7 is top tier! I've been for happy hour around 5 PM after work, and for lunch on a Tuesday at noon. The burrata with prosciutto, arugula and toast was delicious. Definitely the highlight of lunch. The bacon cheese burger was also really good, it was just a really thick, dense burger. Very filling, not a ton of flavor; but the cheese and bacon jam toppings had great flavor. Truffle fries were worth the couple dollars up charge to get on the side instead of regular fries. They were crispy on the outside and full of flavor. Nice views of the city on a clear day!

We had a great experience at Panorama on Seven! Kelly, our server, was friendly and knowledgeable. We were there for our anniversary, and they offered us a choice of a complimentary dessert or champagne; we elected the champagne. We had the pork belly appetizer that had so many wonderful flavors and textures that it is hard to describe. Then, I had the French onion soup, which was delicious and understated, not the “in your face” with onions I've often had, while my spouse had the Caesar salad, with anchovies. For our main course, my spouse had the bucatini carbonara, and I had the walleye special. Both courses were full of flavor, and the walleye, especially, had lots of flavors going on. Before our entrees arrived, I asked Kelly to ask the chef for a wine recommendation for the walleye, as it was served with a red pepper sauce. The chef recommended a Pinot Grigio, which provided a perfect complement to the salty and savory aspects of the sauce the walleye was served in. We didn't have room for dessert. The meal was perfectly paced. My spouse and I often eat out, have dined in restaurants around the world, and our meal at Panorama on Seven was a wonderful reminder of how good a meal, and the experience of dining out, can be.

The ambiance was perfect! We had the Amherst omelettes and they were out of this world delicious! I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of food we got for the cost. Everything was incredibly delicious and the perfect temperature. All the employees were friendly and made it fun. I will absolutely be going back.
