Oh my goodness this was my first time eating at ParkVue and let me tell you, the haddock, greens, string beans and potato salad was absolutely incredibly delightful. I will be back again and again and again. This food was soooooo good.

One hour waiting for an order,2-first when I showed them order they said 15-20 minutes after 25 minutes I showed to another guy again but they didn’t respond me,after 45 minutes I asked them seriously to give me respond about my order, they said, 15 -20 minutes then I cancelled the order

The food here is delicious. However, when calling to place my order the young man my order will be ready in 45 minutes. I gave them an hour by the time arrived. I still waited 20 minutes just the young lady to tell me that they cannot find my order. Very disappointed. They are beginning to remind me of the pine

Its an honestly impressive that people are willing to come back with how long they make you wait for your food. Id never go back to a place that cant get your food out withoutit being an hour late. Some people might take that level of time wasting couldnt be me.

On February 4, 2024 I and a few of my friends rode over to Buffalo to from Rochester to celebrate my 55th birthday at Park Vue soul food restaurant, that I had seen on Facebook and heard good things about. The owner made me reservations for 6pm, Once we got there we were disappointed, there was nowhere to park "nowhere" and the place looked like a hole in the wall. We were gonna leave, but we decided to stay. Once in the owner was very welcoming, it was a little of a wait for our food order, but we didn't mine. Once the food came out Everything was amazing, my friends were not pleased with the yams, because we were told everything was made from scratch and they felt that the yams was fromout the can, I didn't have yams, but i did order greens and they had ran and she replaced them with string beans, which was good, other then that, everything turned out good and yes I will return one day.

This was my second time trying this restaurant. The first time I went in and sat down. No one was in the restaurant area or at the bar so service was pretty quick and food was good. This time, I came in town again and wanted to try them out hoping for the same experience. I’m staying in a hotel so I ordered the food to go. They told me over the phone “40 minutes”, so I left my hotel 45 minutes later. When I got to the location parking was terrible (I had to park down the street) and there were at least 10 people waiting at the bar for their food. I watched everyone get their order and leave. I was there for 45 MINUTES before I got irritated and left (not too long after another person who did the same thing). A Grubhub person was waiting to pick up an order and was told “it’s not ready so if you want to leave then you can”. I kept asking for the status of my order and no one had a clear answer. I wanted to support this black business again but their take out procedures need to be updated. If you can’t keep up with the rush of orders then stop taking orders over the phone until you can catch up. This was ridiculous. Not sure I’ll be back.

I was supposed to get the half chicken but they ran out and I got the leg and thigh. I also got four sides as I ordered same two chicken meals. I got for sides mac and cheese, green beans, candied yams and potato salad. It also comes with cornbread. First, service: well my boyfriend said it was bad because the food took long though we ordered online. Ok but I tried the food finally when he brought it back and I don’t even like cornbread usually but this was so good, I want more but he ate his. All the food was delish, a little cold though likely from it being take out and it took a while to get to me. I would recommend but order well in advance. Yum ?

Okay so I’ve given this place 3 try’s ! The first time I actually went in and sat down it was sooooo good !! The second time I picked up a dinner on my way to work ( fish and shrimp ) got to work to eat and it was HARD AS A ROCK ! Okay maybe it was because I didn’t eat it hot fine …. YESTERDAY I GOT THE SAME EXPERIENCE AS THE SECOND VISIT ! I won’t be back ! Fish was fried so hard my dog wouldn’t even eat it . Mac and cheese had like a hint of crushed pepper in it or something bottom line it was so spicy I had heart burn . Best thing in the box was a piece of cornbread. It won’t be a 4th time of me trying good luck and god bless

My family and I were visiting from Kansas City. Met the beautiful Owner and her beautiful Daughter who prepared the food. Everything was delicious. I had the fish, my Brother in law, had the chicken. My Sister had the fried ribs,. My Neice also had fish. The food was amazing. Definitely will go back if I'm the area again. Thanks for the love and delicious food.

If the soul food place isn’t playing gospel. LEAVE! Park Vue soul food was so good. The owner gave us a breakdown of the menu and history of restaurant. There was a wait for the food but it was so fresh when it came out. There’s not many good soup food places in buffalo so I had to review and let you know to come try their food. My favorite was the collard greens (9/10) and the macaroni was the best I’ve had from any restaurant (7.5/10). I was so full I couldn’t finish all of my food but the fried chicken was pretty good too.
