Would have given a 5. My friend I dined with is vegan. Our server was great and recommended the gnocchi dish with mushrooms and broccoli, because it was vegan and flavorful, so my friend went with that. Unfortunately, It came out with cheese on it which was disappointing. So that's why I'm giving a 4. So I waited to eat until a replacement dish came out for her. Other than that, cocktails, service and ambiance were great! I enjoyed one of the specials for the evening - squash ravioli with a side of flat 12 mushrooms. I ate every bite. Also really enjoyed the chocolate black out cake, with thick, creamy whipped cream on top and a scoop of chocolate ice cream. Went for dinner on a Friday at 6 and made a reservation. Very nice experience, not too loud. I've been a few times over the years and will definitely keep coming back.

I attended this bar with two friends last night. In the past I have always had a good experience at this establishment however after the treatment I received last night I will not be returning. It took the bartender 15 minutes to even acknowledge us after being seated at the bar. It seemed as though the bartender was behind on drinks so I tried to be understanding. I was prepared to walk out when he finally did come over. I ordered their margarita, my friend ordered southern comfort with Coca Cola, and my other friend ordered a Negroni. The bartender explained they don't serve southern comfort, but he could make something comparable. We agreed to let him try. After about 10 - 15 minutes we finally got our drinks. It took so long I was tempted to order our next round after receiving the first but then I thought better. I told my friends we should probably just have one and be done. My friend tried the drink that was supposed to be comparable to southern comfort and it was horrible according to him and it was missing Coca Cola. He was very disappointed especially because we waited so long. Then he ordered tequila and pineapple. The bartender rather than remaking the drink decided to wait on other people and make their drinks instead of remaking the one he just messed up. At that point my friend was outraged and went outside to vape. I finished my drink with my remaining friend and we payed our bill and left. My friend walked with me to the car and flipped off the bartender. Was this right? No, but neither was what happened next. The bartender opened the side door that lead to the street and decided to start yelling at my friend. My friend yelled back so now they're both screaming. I'm sure it disturbed diners. It was highly unprofessional. We were leaving...there was no need to engage with us at all in my opinion. If I was bartending and someone did that to me I'd ignore the rude person and continue doing my job. I have no doubt in my mind that in the same moment this man decided to argue with us he was behind on his drink orders. It seemed ridiculous to yell and scream at people walking away. I have never been treated that way before in an establishment that is aiming to be upscale. I saw a lack of class from that employee. I saw him lose his cool and that was a huge turn off for me. Even before this incident the food has always been just okay. Would I recommend this restaurant? Not after last night unfortunately. I would expect that behavior at a dive bar, but not a bar inside of the Westin. I did speak to a manger however it did not seem as though much would be done which drove me to write this review. It's actually a shame I think Patina 250 is very beautiful on the inside, but I will not be returning and I cannot recommend this restaurant any longer

Wanted to try a new place. We were walk it's, which was no problem. But we were seated in the bar dinning area. Next time I am making reservations. Food is so dang delicous, I am at a loss for words. I would rate it a 6. My only slight complaint was my filet was very rare, ordered medium. Besides this, we tried multiple items, Buffalo Cauliflower, Crispy Brussel Sprouts, Roasted Baby Carrots, Citrus & Beet Salad, Filet's dinners & Squash Ravioli's!!!! Every single item was Devine & Delicious!! There was no salt or pepper on the table, the reason? The food speaks for itself, every item has its own special flavor & it is not needed. My advice, booked your reservation, for your special night. You will not be disappointed or dissatisfied. I would recommend every item i mentioned!! Even though my filet was a little rare, they rectified the situation immediately. I will be back & can't wait to try something new!!Vegetarian options: They had plenty of vegetarian dishes. I am not V. But they had items to choose from * so deliciousWheelchair accessibility: Large doors, restaurant is inside of the hotel.

Great atmosphere and service. Food presentation excellent. Bolognese was a disappointment. Noodles looked like the ends of a lasagne noodles, sauce was sweet and lacking meat. Reminded me of a can of Chef Boyardee. Dessert was outstanding and prese Ted very elegantly.

Absolutely amazing all the way around. Service was top notch from the moment we walked in the door. Food, although a bit pricey, was well worth it. Good portion size as well. The Buffalo Cauliflower and Brussel Sprouts are amazing! The Filet Mignon was tender and tasty. Highly recommend whenever in the Buffalo area.

I've had the pleasure of staying at the Westin hotel and dining at their restaurant everyday for lunch and dinner since last Sunday. If you happen to be in the Buffalo area and looking for a delicious meal with top-notch service,-- then this is the place for you. The restaurant is located inside the hotel, the restaurant serves breakfast (buffet), lunch, and dinner daily. The ambiance is just right - quiet enough for a business meeting, yet lively enough to enjoy a conversation without overhearing your neighbors. Plus, they've arranged the tables in a thoughtful way, with power outlets available at some tables for your convenience. Dinner: Let me tell you about my dinner experience. I first had dinner here with my girlfriend on Sunday, the table next to us was celebrating a birthday, the service was not the best, but the rest of the week service was better. The dinner menu is different from lunch, and I believe the kitchen staff and manager change as well for weekdays. The freshness of the fish was outstanding, and a special shoutout to the Manager Jeremy for his excellent suggestions. During our time here, for dinner we tried: I. Parker House Rolls II. Citrus & Beet Salad III. Crispy Glazed Pork Belly IV. Foei Gras Torchon V. Olived Oil Poached Halibut VI. Roasted Branzino VII. Erba Verde Farms Chicken VIII. Lemon Tiramisu We recommend the Crispy Glazed Pork Belly, the Foei Gras Torchon, the Erba Verde Farms Chicken and the Olived Oil Poached Halibut. Our dinner favorites were the juicy Erba Verde Farms Chicken and the fresh Halibut. Lunch: The outstanding service from Ruth made our experience all the more enjoyable. In the last four days we indulged in a variety of dishes, including the I. Cobb Salad, II. Mediterranean Seabass, III. Steak and Frites, and IV. Citrus and Beet Salad Our top picks for lunch were the refreshing Citrus and Beet Salad and the delectable Mediterranean Seabass. We highly recommend giving them a try!

Food was tasty and portions were generous. I also liked the seating (chairs and sofa bench seating). I think the prices were high for the quality of the food.

Came here for a friends birthday. You have to pay for parking so be prepared for that. It is attached to the hotel so you have to go in through the hotel to get to the restaurant. When we came it was very empty, which was odd because our server barely came to our table to check up on us. (We were a party of 6) I didn't really like the lighting of the restaurant, it felt very off putting. Cocktails were absurdly priced & they lacked flavor. Food was great & very tasty. Still very expensive & the amount given was a little disappointing. Needless to say, I would recommend this place if it were only 2 people going. But this place is definitely not the place to go to for a bigger group.

We stopped in for brunch. The ambiance is modern, clean, and beautiful. Pur food was way over priced and edible. I was expecting so much more for the price. I had the fritatta with a small salad. The fritatta was Bland and VERY dry, the salad was saturated in the dressing. My son had the breakfast sandwhich, and said it was terrible. He described the flavor as peppery-char. Let's hope it's better for dinner.
