No wonder the place was dead on a Saturday night. The food was subpar, the appetizers were decent. The dessert was good. Would probably never go here again. I’m surprised the place has 4 stars. Complete disappointment a waste of $95 for two people.

My grandma loved her pink sangria, James was great!
Definitely not what it use to be. Dirty Bathrooms, worn tables and sat in soy sauce when at first table we were seated at. Calamari was like rubber and food portions were small and just ok. Coffee and service was good though. Use to be our favorite place to go when we went to the mall.. Not anymore.

My wife and I came here for a date night celebration. The service was great from start to finish. From the moment we walked in we received a text notification welcoming us, then after a very brief wait, we were taken to our table.Our server James was fantastic. You can tell he’s passionate about his job. He made great recommendations, was kind, attentive, and wasn’t over bearing with his check ins.The food was great, perfect portions, and the family style is suggested. Let’s not forget the lettuce wraps. Also, we had their signature drink which James suggested.All and all, a great experience thanks to James and the team.Accessibility: they are wheelchair friendly and have accommodations for those with mobility issues. No stairs.

Came here for the first time and sadly the chain is overhyped. It's not good but nothing excellent. I wouldn't go here if I am craving Chinese. IMO plenty more better options for Chinese food are available.Also, the portion can be improved, for the price. I don't know if it has always been like this or if shrinkflation has hit the portion sizes.But the lady that served us was fantastic.
