After finishing meal in restaurant, placed an order to go, fish and chicken combo. Got all the home to Niagara Falls and there was no fish in my to go order. Called restaurant for hours and phone line was busy/off the hook. Unable to get in contact with anyone about this!!!!

I just ordered delivery! I asked for cabbage and paid for an extra side (yams)! They gave me green beans and I can't eat those and no yams! I'm not a happy customer and would like to be refunded for my yams and cabbage cause these beans going in the garbage I am allergic!!

I Really am Hoping that This is taken as Constructive Criticism Because I Truly LOVE & SUPPORT MY Black & Brown People w/ Pleasure ! WE as a People HAVE TO Do & Be Better though! The Food was Very Good, However the 1hr.& 30 + min . waiting Is TOTALLY Unacceptable, & Disrespectful! This was Only Done Because I was w/ Friends & Family that Not only was Treating but really wanted to Give The place a chance Anyways AFTER I Told them about MY Previous Experience there! The Hostess, & Bartenders were AWESOME, but Unfortunately they had NO Control over actual Food Delays! The( Man) Owner sits @ Bar w/a Attitude instead of Addressing the fiasco , & being Hospitable and/or @ least Assisting on the Floor to Move things Along & ACT LIKE You Care ! An APB Had to be put out on the Waitress on several occasions whom After seating us & providing us w/ water had NO Concern in Why we were Actually there! She was Sweet & nice But NON-Attentive ! The DoorDash & UberEats traffic seemed to be only people being serviced for the most part ! And if the Logic is to Make You purchase Drinks by keeping you waiting was the plan, I'd get it IF THE Wait Staff EVEN Return to ask you That. And the Kicker was @ 9:15pm We watched a Elderly couple struggle up the 1 step into the Establishment to a table, sit down, only to be told that the Kitchen was Closed!? That's 1st Hand Knowledge that SHOULD be forwarded to Security @ Door, or a LARGE PROFESSIONAL Sign that Would inform the people of the Same Outside! I Went Awhile ago & AFTER waiting 25min. To even be Addressed w/ ANY Table service left ( because I Truly Didn't have Time)! AGAIN the Food was Good, when it FINALLY Came! I Wish Them The Best ! P.s. The Food Prices were Fair & Overall the Staff was Kind!Wheelchair accessibility: I didn't see any?

I ordered off grubhub at 4:30 pm. I received a call from phat catz saying it won't be 20 mins more like an hour. I was cool with that. 1 hour goes by, but still no food. So I called them, and she put me on hold and never came back to the phone. So I call back to be put on hold again to no avail. To make a long story short. I waited 2 and half hours and never received my food. And they close the kitchen at 7 pm. And now I have to wait for my $60 return in 5 business days from grubhub. So unprofessional, and people wonder why black owned businesses got such a bad rep. Phat catz I will never order or support yall again. Yall food is mid and over priced. ?????????And customers' support is horrible.??
