“Staff here was really helpful with figuring out the best prices, as well and support on customer satisfaction. They keep it pretty clean even when they are being slammed with a line. Food is great and the glaze packets are really good. Overall, I recommend stopping here at your next trip to the galleria mall.“
“I ordered more food than what I needed. I was hangry and was walking the mall with a friend. I ordered the regular size of Cinnamon Sugar Nuggets and an original pretzel. I hadn't been here in awhile and didn't really know what I wanted. Both items were good, especially the cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets. The customer service was okay. This store is a staple in the mall, since there aren't any restaurants in the food court at all at the McKinley Mall currently. I was surprised to see that today. I'm not sure if it's a Covid thing or if the restaurants just aren't being used anymore and didn't have the business that they needed to survive. It was sad to see so many store now closed at the mall. If I find myself at this mall again, I will definitely come here again.“
“Our party of six was seated in the perfect spot to enjoy the vibrant band and yet still sort’ve carry on some conversation. Karyn was attentive, provided her opinions when asked about menu items and kept us content with drink and sustenance. I hugely enjoyed the little kid parade around the hall lead by two members of the band.“
