The girl working on veggie station and cash out today, 3/16/24 around 5 pm should be fired. Her unwarranted miserable attitude was enough for me to never patronize this place again. If she's that miserable at her job, maybe find something else. Don't take it out on customers! Plenty of other places to spend my hard earned money, where they won't treat me as if I'm a bother to them. I'd say how much I spent as the survey asks, but I was never even given my total.

Overhyped, overpriced & upset my stomach. I asked for a sauce on the side, the person poured it all over my salad. While eating my salad I found 3 soggy cold french fries mixed in with the spring mix. Poor customer service...

This location has pros and cons - the pro is that food is ready quickly and the portions are big. Con is that they frequently forget ingredients. They forgot 3 different ingredients on 2 nearly identical bowls. Not sure how that happens or if I just got the wrong bowls.

This place is terrible, something was missing from every item in my takeout order: The side of rice with the Open Chicken Souvlaki The side of pita with the The Veggie Platter The Tzatziki sauce with the Salad Bowl I emailed support right after I got home, on 12/15, it's been over a month and my case is still in queue so just dropping this review here instead.

Food was really good. Tasted fresh and healthy but also very filling. The ingredients were very fresh.

I was at this location a few weeks ago for lunch and ordered a salad bowl. I got about half way through my salad before I noticed something black with tiny legs…it was a dead bug! I was so disgusted I threw it away (and they’re not cheap) and haven’t returned since!

Rachel's Mediterranean Grill is a fast-casual restaurant that emphasizes a healthy, balanced lifestyle without sacrificing flavor. Their menu is based on Mediterranean cuisine and offers customizable options like bowls and wraps, allowing you to choose from a variety of fresh, all-natural ingredients. The concept is to offer a healthy alternative to traditional fast food, focusing on fresh ingredients and mouthwatering flavors. The restaurant was originally a neighborhood cafe and deli in Buffalo, NY, founded by the Khoury family in 2006 and named after their youngest sister, Rachel. In 2012, the founders, brothers Joe and G Khoury, expanded the business into a fast-casual restaurant with the opening of Rachel’s Grill. They now have 14 locations across New York and Texas.Rachel's Mediterranean Grill is committed to providing fresh, healthy food in a fast and convenient way. They have a customizable menu that includes options like salad bowls, rice bowls, and pita wraps. Each dish is prepared fresh and cooked to order in an open kitchen setting, allowing customers to witness the preparation of their meals.I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rachel's Mediterranean Grill, and I must say, the experience was delightful. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant. The staff, though limited in number, were incredibly efficient and hospitable, making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. As I placed my order, I was impressed by the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. Despite being busy, they took the time to explain the menu and offered suggestions based on my preferences. The efficiency with which they handled the orders, even during a rush, was commendable. It was evident that each member of the team was dedicated to providing excellent service. The food arrived promptly, and I was amazed by the flavors and presentation. Each ingredient in my Mediterranean bowl was fresh, and the combination of flavors was a delightful experience for my taste buds. The portion size was generous, and the quality of the food was top-notch.What really stood out to me was the teamwork and coordination among the staff. They worked seamlessly together, ensuring that every customer received prompt and attentive service. Despite the challenges of limited staffing, they managed to create a pleasant and efficient dining experience.

I ordered 3 salad bowels, 2 greek fries, and 3 fountain drinks. The girl working the register was extremely rude!! She asked me if I wanted the pita bread that comes with the salad and I replied "yes". She hands me one, so I asked if we could each have one and she handed me one again. I again had to ask for the 3rd one. All while experiencing her terrible attitude!! To spend 77 dollars on fries and a salad is not worth the aggravation I experienced. They also forgot to give my son his dressing and the fries take quite a while to make

Great tasting food but I find the price a bit high for the very small quantity you receive. After I ate my lunch I felt as if I just ate a snack and not a meal.

I went to Rachel’s last week and ordered a rice bowl and rice pudding. When I got home I saw that my rice pudding had mold on the top. I was disgusted. I drove back to Rachel’s with my moldy rice pudding and my receipt. I told them I would like a refund on my pudding. They said that they would notify the manager and I would get a refund in 24 hours. A couple days went by and I didn’t receive a refund I called them and they said the same thing that they will remind the manager and I will get my refund in 24 hours. Now it has been a week and still no refund. The customer service is bad and quality of food is bad.

I’m staying overnight in Buffalo and googled a vegan restaurant. I ended up at Rachel’s. I got a bowl with brown rice, grilled veggies, falafel and hummus. The bowl was heavy! That means I got a lot of food! The price was great. When I got to my room, I was only going to eat a few bites before going to work out but the food was so good I ended up eating half the bowl! I plan to go back tomorrow for lunch. 5 stars!

My wife and I eat at Rachel's at least once per week. I love that I can easily avoid gluten and dairy to fit my dietary restrictions.Dietary restrictions: Easy to avoid gluten and dairy with their menu.
