I'm doing a special call out for this review. My old tag used to be Kargh18 but I had forgotten that Google made me change it some time ago. In any case, this Location is absolutely run as ship shape as it gets. Mike the guy who took care of us was intentive to our order and explained everything when we needed to know something. He was amazing and the owner (who we both met, I was with company at the time) was very gracious, and was there to ensure every was up to par. I WILL be coming back here for myself, but will happily bring lots of people here with me in the future.Vegetarian options: Even though I love meat, knowing that they have a veggies option is amazing.Parking: Easy to find and lots of room for 15+ cars so little wait time.

Consistently inconsistent.Ordered online for in-store pickup.No sauces on either bowls.Paid for double protein, chicken and gyro.Only received gyro and it was a laughable amount.I wish this was a one off occurrence, but it isn't.Rachel's food is amazing, but I'm always hesitant to recommend it to anybody, bc you never know what you are going to get. Quality has tanked as more locations open.

I have always enjoyed Rachel's food. This was the first time I've eaten at a location though. It was quick and easy to order and get my food. I am a huge fan of their chicken shwarma and will be back to order again. The restaurant itself was clean and had a sleek modern interior.Vegetarian options: The menu is highly customizable and offers a lot of non-meat options.

The food is great, but there is no consistency in the quality of taste. One day, the food may be very fresh and taste outstanding, but another day, the food may be off a little. I would ask to try a small piece of protein before purchasing since it's hit or miss. But overall, I give Rachel's 4 out of 5 stars.

She went over and above to welcome us & make our food experience one we can’t wait to go back to enjoy!!Becuz we arrived just before closing & this store is closed tmrw Rachel’s rice was low BUT enough for me to get the taste test I heard so much about~ again a very enjoyable experiences..We. I ordered a steak bowl and the steak tasted like mush. I dug all the meat out and still couldn’t eat it because the steak flavor was still there. .I ended up throwing it out when I was eating at home. It was disgusting. Waste of money !!

The food definitely earns 5 stars, unfortunately the overall customer experience is lacking. The employee at the register was miserable and clearly didn’t want to be there. When a moderately priced QSR has staff on the front end that has a miserable attitude, it reduces customer loyalty and creates Brandslaughter.

Came in and my order started with a very nice lady. I was then passed to a woman employee who was unpleasant. She scraped the bottom of the tzatziki container only putting a tablespoon on my rice bowl, she put 3 tomatoes, 4 pieces of lettuce and a pinch of onions. She then closed the lid and I said did you put Greek dressing on it and she stated “you didn’t ask for any”. She didn’t give me a chance cause she closed it up. I asked for it on the side. I asked for an order of fries and she stated “you’ll have to wait 8 minutes” I said that was okay and she was visibly annoyed. 2 rice bowls and 2 fries were $48…. no pita even came with the order. Very disappointing.

Customer service was absolutely trash, first and foremost, also apparently this location is different than every other Rachel’s, food is no better than so-so. Poor poor experience I rarely leave review .
