Stood there for 10 minutes while 2 people just made DoorDash or online orders. And this was at 6pm, why have only 2 people working at dinner time. Other reviewers have experienced the same thing so it’s not a one off. I left and went next door and got a slice of pizza, took them 1 minute lol

One word for this location: Understaffed. For the amount of online orders, take out, and walk in customers, this location would need at least 5 workers to keep up however they often only have 2 or 3 doing the work of 5. Wait times are long no matter how you order and there’s often no fresh chicken done (if there is chicken it’s the cold stuff that’s been sitting there at the bottom of the pan). Need more staff for the amount of orders

Waited for over 30 minutes with only one other person in line, in front of me. They said they were cooking chicken. When I told them I wanted falafel they said it would be a little while because they had to cook it. I continued to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to put it in the fryer. I ordered one of their dinner platters and asked for banana peppers and olives as well they up charged me $3. The employee didn’t even let me know it would be an additional charge. When I was eating I heard her tell another customer that it is an up charge for add ons. I was really annoyed. They didn’t have a working ice machine and the water tasted weird. Needless to say I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Rachel’s is fast food, but for a new location, I found the ingredients to be fresh and service to be quick and kind. I’ve ordered online before at other locations and find I’m always more satisfied just ordering in person so that’s all I’ve done at this location since it doesn’t really save you all that much more time.
Be prepared to wait and have people in line take priority over your takeout order waited 40 minutes past my pickup time! Never again!

Everyone raves about Rachel’s so I wanted to try it tonight for dinner. I ordered the chicken souvlaki- for $18 I expected more than a side salad, with two chicken strips and stale pita bread. The chicken was overcooked. The bread was hard as a rock. I also ordered the Greek fries which were decent. I will not be going back.

Been going to Rachel's for years. This new location did not disappoint. It's really nice & clean inside with plenty of space to sit and eat. Food was fantastic as usual. I didn't have an issue with service like other's have, but bear in mind this is a new location that may be working out some kinks.

Wow. This place is an absolute joke. Order at your own risk . They need to stop opening up locations that are clueless. I've been going to Rachel's for 20+ years since Main st . and will never again. That's how horrible of an experience.This location was better left abandoned ?

I saw an advertisement that meals were half off when ordered using their app so I did so. When I went to pick up my meal at the time dictated the order was not only not ready but I was told that the offer did not apply to this location. The pain of this situation was further amplified as dealing with Rachel customer service was terrible. My complaint was never addressed by any means. I will never frequent any Rachel's location again nor will I suggest them to anyone.
Their online "experience" is supposed to be easy? Wouldn't accept my card, triple checked info, months of paychecks behind the card and Rachel's won't accept. WELL, that's 100% unacceptable and as such I will not order from any Rachel's, you had your chance, clearly don't want me as a customer so I'm obliged to never spend a penny with you again. In today's technological world of you're not on top of your game? Bye bye, plenty of other places to spend my money.

Came to Rachel’s on Delaware Ave , my first experience with Rachel’s. The girls waiting on us had NO IDEA how to make the open souvlaki, and kabob dinner. Stirred at their phones for 15 minutes before even starting and then waiting for one women to tell them what to do next!! As people came and went with their meals, we Did not got our meals after 30 minutes after asking them consistently to please make our meals!!!! It was missing the rice and the pita ! It was very good. This store willNot make it with this staff

Popped in for lunch last week and enjoyed my meal. Forgot to take pictures but I ordered through their app the Chicken & Steak Kabob dinner ($20.95). It came with of chicken and steak (obvs) and sides of hummus, tabouli, and a garlic sauce. There was also pita with it as well. The pita was very dry and definitely left some things to be desired, but didn't ruin the overall meal experience. It was a filling meal that left me more than satisfied and even if it isn't actually "healthy", it felt like it was in mind, lol. Though it was a satisfying meal, I don't know if I thought it was worth $21 so that would probably keep me from going to frequently. The staff were efficient despite having lots of orders for pickup and dine in and while I decided not to dine in, it was a nice and clean environment while waiting.
