We had money from a friend to go to Dinner. He finally broke down and we ended up Going Out for dinner. Red lobster was very nice atmosphere was great. The waitress that we had was very friendly. Chat with us for a while which was nice cause most of them at other places don't have the time.We had the dishes that had endless shrimp. You could order this until you couldn't need anymore. We had the lobster and the were several other dishes. when you go there you will be pleasantly surprised. Places clean bathrooms are clean As well.Some of the dishes, We?had shrimp in it. Some of. The dishes..had clam rice shrimp along with Lobster..I'm sure that if you wind up going there that you will be happy with your meal and a service as well . We ended up having both doggy bags going home. Neither one of us could finish the meal. So guess what? We had the following day.Parking: Being that we both are handicapped. Their actually was a spot for us to go into. I'm so glad that they have more than one handicapped area.Kid-friendliness: I believe that the kids would get the same service that the adult Receive. they have Sippy cups for the younger ones. So when you should go through the diaper bag and look in for the Sippy Cup To go with you. It's now sitting home on the cupboard. They also provide plastic bibs for the kids and right along with the high chairs.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility. The entrance into it is one floor no stairs easy in easy ouch doors are wide enough so that you can get In-N-Out with the wheelchair. They also will remove the chair from the table so that you will have room to sit with your family or friends.

Service very slow. Have to ask and wait for everything. Bar is very dirty. No one's credit card works. Thought we would try this location instead of Maple Road.Just as bad.1st time in 61 years we went to a Red Lobster and had to ask for biscuits. Can't wait to tell my friends and co workers about this. Biscuits looked like they had been sitting here for a week. Didn't I mention that the bar was very dirty. I just hope someone higher up in the organization reads this.Im not in the restaurant business. I'm in the customer business. Caesar salad was hot. Lobster was cold. Supposed to be the other way around. Enough said.

Mom of 3 , I choose the Williamsville location to get a special meal for myself ( all you can eat shrimp or the ultimate feast ) and my children love the kids meal options! The servers and staff ensure my family and I have what we need to make it a smooth enjoyable dinner. Thank you Red Lobster for being our go to family spot ! We will be back !Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu! Always offer to bring out kids meal first , the kids love the table games! Clean bathrooms to change your littles! I just have to say, this location never disappoints. Went with my family for my daughter’s birthday and the place was so clean, especially the bar area where we were seated. We even got a personalized table visit from the GM Suzanna who wished my daughter a happy birthday. Great food and great times!

We ordered the southwestern shrimp bowl and only got lettuce, no rice. We also ordered a Ny Strip (medium) with a shrimp skewer and the steak was well-done and dry. The shrimp skewer was also completely cemented to the stick. I usually order from here as a nice, quick dinner but this experience was horrid. We also had to wait a 20 extra minutes after our scheduled pick-up time.

My husband and I came for date night. We had a wonderful time and the food was awesome! Our waiter Ty was very friendly and helpful!
I got endless shrimp I loved the what’s your favorite shrimp . And the garlic shrimp scampi !! But the service was so poor every African American that walked in it felt like the servers were being racist . Everytime I asked my server for something he acted as if I couldn’t get it .
