Being from out of the area, I walked in with a stroller, a 2 year old and a 3 year old looking for a restroom of private area to change my children’s diapers and was turned away. Was looking to book a room but decided not to after how me and my children were treated. “We cannot help u.” Absolutely horrible service and the place smelled like weed when you first walked in. I’m glad I decided not to book a room at this facility. How can u turn down a mother with two young children? Doesn’t make any sense to me at all! Wouldn’t recommend this place if you have small children!

Awesome location, service, and quality! I really like their gym and breakfast. Everything is very clean. Staff are kind and professional. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, attraction, and breweries.

The area surrounding is meh but the hotel and rooms are outstanding!!!
My girlfriend stayed here, paid for a $14 tab at the bar, and was charged $750 by the hotel. No one could explain the charges and there is no on-site manager. So far they've only been able to refund less than half and can't explain the remaining charges. This is totally unacceptable from a national hotel chain. Just another opportunity to rob people of their hard earned money. Either it's a POS malfunction or obvious theft from one of your employees. I would welcome the opportunity to speak to a supervisor and see how we can correct the situation.

Hotel check-in was easy, and the receptionist was nice. Starbucks is attached to the hotel. The room was clean and neat. The gym is gorgeous. Nice indoor pool and laundry room on the first floor. I would stay here again. Breakfast was good, too. There was something for everyone.

Rooms floors and surfaces were dirty upon check it and remained so during a multi-day stay despite from service request.
