The ramen is so flavorful with great add on options. Absolutely love this place. The ambiance reminds me of being in Chicago.

Incredibly cool concept. Their beers are actually quite good and I really enjoyed their Japanese take on an old fashion. I have heard that their sushi is some of the best in the area But have not had it myself yet. Unfortunately the vegetarian Ramen was only mediocre

Very understaffed. No excuses post covid it's time to hire at a more lucrative wage if you can't get employees instead of just apologizing to every customer.Waited 20 minutes after seated just for a menu to get a drink. Hostess and waitress were same person. Food was average at best. Not worth an extended wait. Portions were appropriate to pricing. Food drastically under seasoned. Beers were good but not worth $8Overall 2.2/5Return? Not likely

So I'm downtown Walk in Many tables available but was told I had to have a reservation??? Plenty of room, willing to wait and spend but was turned away??? Never again no matter how good it is... Will only go to other locations

I don't know if this place didn't live up to my expectations, or if it really did fall flat. The appetizers, while good, are very small. To be fair they are called small plates. But if you plan to get one or two appetizers to share for the table you'll quickly run short. It took 50 minutes between ordering and getting food, this was a Saturday at 7-8 PM so the place was busy. I had the `Green Curry` and it missed my expectations. The rest of my party thought their food was better. Maybe it was just my choice.I want to give this place any and all benefits of the doubt that maybe it was just me, or just this time. After all I live downtown and can never get a seat or reservation. There must be something that other people see that I didn't this time.PS - the lady with the pink glasses - She works too hard. I literally saw her ZOOOOMING around the place the whole time basically tending to everyone and everything she physically could. Impressive, but made me anxious.

Love the food and drinks. Good service. Reservations recommended most nights, but definitely worth the wait if you did not make them.

Really cool place in the basement of a historic building in the downtown area. My party of four came here on a Saturday night and found free street parking nearby with ease. The service was good and the food was great!

Amazing, nice lil joint in the cut...u can cuff your shorty while inhaling dumplings and Ramen. Totally would recommend. Great bar and bartender..

Food is great, the server's are nice. Now management is another question. On two occasions we go there and how not accommodating. I understand if your busy and if things can be accommodated, but now you basically be rude, raise your voice and tell a paying customer "What do you want me to do" is Wow. Especially when I was told there's no space, they can't join my reservations . As luck will have it finally after they finally sat us in corner because that's all they had. The reservation's they quote on quote never showed up my entire stay. Only after I asked to speak to top management did he change his tone. I still can't believe he was general manager because unless I was 5 shades too dark he was super rude, nasty and I can't believe he is running someone else's restaurant. It can't be. Note to management please don't let someone else ruin what you worked for, your place is solid but management like wouldn't warrant a 3rd time return.

If I could give zero stars, I would. From the moment we sat down to the painful end this restaurant was embarrassingly bad. The service or lack was non existent and there to the quality of the food was marginal at best. Horribly lacking. Poor service and unconcerning management. In any other city this place would close down.

This restaurant was extremely disappointing! The service was abysmal and the management was invisible for a Friday night. After numerous opportunities to apologize for multiple errors and delays the waitress chose to run and hide and no management support for the customer. Food was meh. Rude service is hard to forgive when we sat there waiting over an hour for ramen. While many other tables received their orders after us. Sato: WAKE UP!! Your ramen isn’t bad but your service is despicable.

This place was great! Went with my boyfriend and we were seated right away. We shared a few different items...the menu had so many good options. Looking forward to returning!

My husband has been here a few times and wanted to take me here for date night. Everything was phenomenal from the cool spade, our lovely server, and of course the food and drinks. We tried their cranberry orange sour beer and it was delicious. Next we tried several of the small plates, my favorites were the yakitori skewers and the gyoza. The sauce on the skewers was so perfectly done. We got the special they offer where you can try one of each. For our entrees I tried a sushi roll and my husband got the ramen. Both made perfectly and were so delicious. We will definitely be back!

Rarely answer the phones. Can't get tonkotsu ramen to go... can't get pork curry ramen at this location either.

Great concept with terrific food and atmosphere. The egg tools and pot stickers were flavorful. The meat in the dishes was tender and cooked just right. I enjoyed pairing Asian dishes with beer which is so rarely done in America
