We ordered the family meal deal tonight and were blown away. The price the quality the taste and the service was amazing. Highly Recommend Shawarma City.

The shawarmas are amazing, although a little dry. The sauces they give make up for that though (make sure you ask for extra)

I had their chicken shawarma and it was great. The restaurant needs updating as well as their bathrooms.

This has to be one of the hardest reviews I've had the displeasure to give. The reason is that the owner and operators were super friendly and nice people. I do not want to hurt their business, however - the food does not match the kind nature of the folks working at the place. The Shawerma was very dry and the general atmosphere was pretty lacking - even for a strip mall joint. Perhaps the food we received was an anomaly, so maybe judge for yourself by going there and giving it a try.

My wife had recently discovered this place while out with a friend, and was insistent I try it. We ordered a lamb shank and a side of large garlic toum/aioli. The lamb shank on rice was roughly $16.99, and the side of large garlic toum/aioli was roughly $7. The place had a few tables, though it was very empty and we had already decided to take the food to go. We shared this and it was more than enough for the two of us. The gentleman working there was also very friendly. Lamb is generally fatty, which is why it needs to be had with something like rice to absorb the flavor. This is what makes this dish just perfect. This is an underrated Arabic dish, not spicy but flavorful, and something many locals would love if they just gave it the opportunity. Either way, I would definitely visit again if in the mood for this particular dish.

This has to be one of the best fish fries I've ever eaten. Came with a half a lemon slice, nice sauce, hot sauce over salad and the salad had pickles and all kinds of lovely dressing on it. What a wonderful meal! Thank you!
Doesn't look great on the outside but inside is much nicer, and the food was great. They have kids meals which consist of chicken tenders and your choice of salad, rice or fries. Everything was great

The place is clean. I got the chicken kabob wrap, and it was delicious. Good prices, a lot of orders went in at the same time and they made it happen quickly, great service!

This place has the absolute best chicken shawarma in Buffalo, AND the best garlic sauce. I order from here weekly and would be lost without my regular chicken shawarma lunches. The owner is super kind and friendly. I couldn’t make any higher recommendation. I hope this place NEVER closes, I truly would cry!

Walked in around 830pm and ordered 2 shawarma wrap combos 2 go. The parking lot was busy and there were several people waiting on orders or picking up, so i had high hopes! The order was ready faster than quoted, but was ultimately disappointed in the wrap itself. Not enough sauce, or flavor in the chicken. The fries were good, but that's not hard to do. Willing to try again and order the shawarma platter. The place looked pretty disheveled, not like the clean pic that comes up on Google.

Shawarma City is my favourite go-to delivery option. I always get the hummus and baba ghanouj which comes fresh, and moist unlike most that seem stiff/dry. I scoop it right out with a warm pita, and could almost drown in how good it is. The falafel is the best I've ever had, perfect little balls packing flavour! Some how SC is the only place that can make these without being dry AF. Grape leaves are THEE perfect fresh bite of dill, lemon, mint, and dripping olive oil. Za'atar manakesh, damn-- bursting with herb flavour... literally it's smothered in spices. Chicken shawarma wrap is always a classic favourite of mine too, the perfect handheld lunch imo. Eat here, give them support, and have a happy full belly, and a bonus food coma. ?
