Sophia's had been on our radar for a while, with everyone raving about it. Excited to try it out, we loved the outdoor seating vibe idea when we arrived. Our server was awesome, but the strawberry mimosas were too sweet and the food was a bit bland for our taste. Maybe they rushed things with the packed crowd. Next time, I'll go for something different or just stick to a regular mimosa. Also, they could do with sweeping or vacuuming under the tables more often to keep the place cleaner between customers. Overall, good vibes, but room for improvement in the food and cleanliness department.

My first time there after hearing all the hype. I was totally disappointed. The service was slow. I had the skillet potatoes, chef’s special French toast, and award winning Bloody Mary. The skillet potatoes were bland. I had to add salt & pepper to get some taste to it. Even then, it was nothing great. It could’ve used more onions, sausage and seasoning to it. The “Award Winning Bloody Mary” and Chef’s Special French toast was just ok. Nothing to brag about. It may have looked good, but lacked in a that “Mmm… this is good” factor. The inside decor and atmosphere was nice. Lots of staff running around to try to make service run smoothly. Still, I would not recommend this place to my friends and family.

I just had an amazing breakfast at Sophia's located on Military rd. I was inspired to check this place out after an episode of Diners Drive ins & Dives. Food was amazing and came out really quick. Really happy with the service! The ambiance is really charming. I, unfortunately, cannot compare it to the previous location which was much smaller. I can't wait to come back and try another item on the menu! I definitely recommend!

Found a nasty hair in my food, told my server and she apologized. Nothing was taken off my bill and it was pretty obvious it wasn't my hair or my friends who i came with. I paid full price for hair food and left. Server was okay though.

Very busy on the weekend but worth the wait. Food was very good and staff were SO nice. I'm GF and wouldn't necessarily recommend it for others who can't eat gluten (menu options not labeled and staff not well-versed) but the waitress was very nice and willing to accommodate me.
This place never fails if you're looking for a nice hearty meal! Get there early if you plan on going on a weekend. There's usually a wait.

I can't go back ! I had a bad experience eating out last week at another restaurant. So to get me back on the horse again I decided to go to the only place in Buffalo that I felt safe eating at. NOT TODAY. It was just one of those things Dry bacon Toast late Dry fries Foreign object in food I don't want to have to send my food back, they should look at the plates before they serve them- My error was obvious had they just looked at the plate.
