Staff are very friendly! I like the taste of Subway's tuna sub but I have one complaint. Why is it necessary to put the scoops of tuna on the bread and then SMASH it down with the back of the scoop like paste to an eighth of an inch!! They try so hard to spread those 4 tiny scoops of tuna to cover a 12" roll, it's ridiculous. The management should consider adding an additional scoop or bigger scoops of tuna and stop smashing it into the roll to end up with an eighth of an inch of protein and 3-4 inches of lettuce, tomato and onion. I've seen a few other franchises with this practice and for the cost of the sub, the amount f tuna should be in a better proportion to the bread and toppings.

I ordered here once a week so yesterday I ordered a steak sub on wheat. When I opened up my sub there was one of there gloves in my sandwich.... was very disgustedThrew sub away had to to back to work

My brother was in a motorcycle accident Thursday and was released today after having surgery yesterday to fix it. A nurse released him without shies saying, she didn't care how he got home, knowing he didn't have a way home to begin with. They were told no one could get him, they are a piece of s*** that shouldn't be in business.
Have been trying for several days to reach a human being on phone. Administration "not available at this time" and do not leave message as not set up to do this. Human Resources, Accounting, Patient Financial Services all "not available at this time, leave a message." Don't bother to leave message as you will not hear from them. Incredible unresponsiveness. If the administration is any indication of the medical care then stay away from here. Feel sorry for the good docs, nurses and other medical personnel working in this broken system.

This is the location at Erie County medical center hospital. Whenever I order a sub here or a pizza it is always consistent. FYI they will make a chop salad for you if you ask even though it's not on the menu that you can see in front of you. They're generally very helpful and the food is always fresh
