The manager was always cold and had an angry attitude each time I came into the store. I stopped buying my subs there because the manager finally revealed that he didn't like me using subway coupons, told me to stop using coupons and started yelling at me. This is my second review in two weeks. He somehow deleted my first review. The manager and the staff are unfriendly and should be retrained how to treat customers politely. The subs were below average compaired to other Subway shops, skimpy on vegetables and meat and not fresh. The shop is always cluttered with empty boxes, dirty floors and no access to the restroom. I was always told that I had to go next door to Marshall's to use their restroom. I am a loyal Subway customer, but will be doing my business at another location where I would be treated with respect. I also noticed that other recent negative reviews at this Subway shop have been deleted. Somethings not right here. ?♀️Vegetarian options: The sandwich makers are very skimpy on the vegetables and not fresh.

I placed my order through app, when I picked up my order angry employees with attitudes refused to give extra sauce that was on reciept. Order was completely wrong i tried to get refund or replaced, they offer me 1 sub dont waste your time going here. Poor customer service and food was not up to other subway standards

Placed an order online and my entire order was wrong. Also the employee was so rude that I will never come here again. Don’t waste your money on terrible service. Especially when your order is messed up-which seems difficult to mess up considering it’s all printed out on the receipt of what is wanted on the sub. Also seeing all the 1 star reviews should be a given. DONT GO HERE. This hell hole should be closed. I’ll be surprised if I don’t get food poisoning.

Visiting this store was by far our worst experience on our trip from Canada. The servers were very rude, and had no customer service skills. We felt so rushed to place our order even though there was no one else in line. They were also not happy when we chose to dine in.

First time visiting this subway, I had a coupon for three footlongs for $18. This store limits what choices you have when using any coupons that made my experience very frustrating. The food I was served here extremely angry about. All my sandwiches were burnt. As far as fresh ingredients some of my lettuce was browning and not fresh at all. I will never be a customer here again.Parking: Parking here is extremely challenging. Very hard to find a spot.

I was denied access to the ladies room and my work partner was denied access to the men's room before ordering lunch.We work for the sewer authority and NEED to wash our hand before we eat.We refuse to eat here again. This is not only absolutely gross it is discrimination and against the Erie county health code. I have contacted the health department!Features: Everything is probably covered in covid since people can't wash their hands at this location.

I would buy anything from this specific subway franchise ever again. One of the servers was very rude and I didn't like her tone of voice. If you go to a restaurant, you want a pleasant place to eat or shop for a meal. You don't need servers with personal issues to give you an attitude for them to vent. If you don't know how to treat customers, please do something else and forget about customer service.Kid-friendliness: They are not friendly at this specific location. They are nasty and rude. They need to change their attitude if they want customers to shop from them.
